Had to have a window replaced under warranty. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the replacement by ********* service technician ***************** identified the issue (the inside of the frame needed to be tightened for additional clearance) in order to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Additionally, he pre-ordered the other half of the window, having identified a related issue in it. Not just replacement, but treating the issue, the symptoms, and providing preventative care. This is the way warranty service should be!Renewal by Andersen of Alaska
