      I recently had the misfortune of trying to use the live chat support for Text Now to address login issues, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The support team was ******* ***** ** ********, failing to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution to my problem. The first issue I encountered was the long wait time to connect with a support representative. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before I was finally connected with someone, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Once I was connected, the representative was unhelpful and appeared to lack any knowledge or understanding of the issue at hand. They seemed to be following a scripted response rather than attempting to engage with me to understand the problem and offer a viable solution. Despite my attempts to explain the login issues I was experiencing, the representative was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. They offered a few basic troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked. When I pressed them for more assistance, they simply repeated the same steps again, as if they were reading from a script. ******** ** ********** **** *** **** *** **** **** ******* *** * ******** ***** ** ***** The representatives were unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacked the knowledge and expertise to address my login issues. * ***** *** ********* ***** ******* ******** ** ****** ** **** ** ********** **** *** ****

      After reviewing the case, it appears that the account was being leveraged outside of TextNows' supported areas. Therefore we are unable to re activate the account at this time.

      Worst company ever, live chat is a joke. Ordered a SIM card 8-2-22, 8-8-23 they send me a email saying activate the new sim. Even my text now account says this. I have not received any SIM card. Tried three days to live chat, day three I got someone, then told my name doesn't match the account. How is that possible, I only have one name. Incredibly frustrating, this company is awful, no way to contact support except "live chat". I want my acct deleted, I will never use this again.
