      I purchased TextNow $5 sim card. It worked for a couple of days then it stopped. No info in the app on what happened. Back and forth with reps (via email after I complained ** *********) yielded no results. No information on why my service was stopped. As a resolution I was told to start the entire process again using a different email account for service. Why, so we can go through the same nonsense once more? No explanations, no refunds.

      Disabled my business phone # without warning and cannot rectify (through appeal) in less than 5 days. I have no way to know if any patients are trying to contact me. I've tried reaching out to the number and I'm getting no feedback that a call or text was placed. How is this legal???

      This service is Horrible. I am being charged for services I never authorized. Online customer service is not helpful at all. I was online holding for over 45 minutes to chat with a "customer agent" that provided no assistance at all.

      **** *** ********** * ****** Many companies based in the USA will NOT ACCEPT the phone number they assign to you, (the company is based in Ontario Canada) They ALSO do not delineate in their billing statements which credit and debit cards they accept. They ALSO have an encyclopedia of fine print about what they can be used for and how they are to be paid, which they do NOT share BEFORE you sign up.       Yet another long-term Text Now user dissatisfied and ********* disconnecting. ** ****** *** I are yet two other individuals that have encountered problems with TextNow allegedly claiming violations of their TOS or terms of service agreements when nothing of the kind has even happened. This is very arbitrary and capricious and extremely unfair of Text Now to do this. We are now at the point where we cannot even use TextNow service to text each other or even call. Text now has lost my loyal customer service to them because of their nonsense and **  tactics.       After my payment period is up I won’t be renewing the app. I was texting my buddy about guitar kits we were working on and sending him links to companies I’ve ordered from . I then get a text my account was disabled and I was breaking the rules. Nothing ******* except sending links so he can order another kit to purchase. Then after we can’t even text each other. Customer service is also between 10 am and 530 pm only so no resolution can be worked out!

      and I have had More Than Enough With Their Games!
