  Good price on replacing 2 sealed thermal units at about 30% of replacing entire frame and window as our window frames were fine. Courteous pleasant service. An error was made in window thickness measurement on one window but what is most important to note is that the company rectified the situation and apologized for it.Mistakes can happen with any endeavour but the key point is that Verdun took full responsibility and stuck with it to achieve resolution. Well done. ******** was a good and congenial installer.

  You can never go wrong with Verdun, I wouldnt exaggerate by saying this type of business makes me proud, with their politeness, respect, professionalism but mostly with their punctuality and service after sales, they stood by their words that they got our back covered.I would like to acknowledge and recognize the most recent warranty repair done by ****, such a wonderful person in every single aspect.   ****** and ***** were professional in every sense. They worked quickly yet efficiently, and once done, showed me how to open and take out the windows for cleaning. They were also able to answer every question that I had. Shout-out to **** Lawn, the sales representative, who was also great.

  I had six windows installed yesterday by Verduns team of installers. I am so happy with the service I've received from this company as well as the professionalism of the two installers. After they left, you wouldn't even know they'd been here. They cleaned everything up and looked after any glitch I saw just after they put the window in. They were cheerful, considerate and sure knew what they're doing. I highly recommend this company.

  Verdun replaced 13 of our windows and a door. They were fabulous. The salesperson supported us through the entire process which took a number of months given our complicated order. She was always patient and helpful. We had two different installation teams, both of whom were friendly, professional and super tidy. The work was well done and when I had concerns with one window, they sent out a technician to fix it right away. we could not be happier with the quality of the windows and the work. I was scared because we have an old house and chose black exterior and interior windows, but they look amazing!
