We spent thousands on windows at Verdun, they were installed and look fine, but come to find out the windows and casing is significantly smaller than our previous windows. That being said none of our custom blinds fit in the windows anymore since the casing is much smaller. After speaking with the manager who was not very kind, she said the contract says they are not responsible for blinds not fitting after, but are they not responsible to make the windows the same size or at least close? They said there is nothing they can do and now we have to spend probably thousands more to replace the custom blinds. There was no small compensation or offer to help with this situation in any way, just attitude. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend Verdun or use them in the future.

We had our dining room window replaced. From the initial contact with the sales rep, through the production process, right up to the installation this company was great to deal with. Efficient, great communication, professional, fabulous installation team, and great product. Had all windows and doors done about 5 years ago. Some peeling paint on outside patio door handle and latch is loose. Called it in last week. Twenty year warranty. Benji, our original installer was here today and changed the latch and new handle is on order. Super customer service. ***** is awesome!Verdun Windows and Doors

Excellent professional services from the start till the end. When I submitted the initial inquiry via their webform, I got a phone call literally within a minute after clicking on the Submit button. Prompt rep visit with the reasonable quote provided soon afterwards. And they even adjusted the delivery/installation schedule as per our requirements.
