  Installation of my new patio door was excellent. **** was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and paid attention to all details to make sure everything was done properly. Seeing this is the 3rd time I've bought from Verdun I would recommend them without hesitation. I even asked to have **** install my new windows when they are ready.

  I recently purchased three windows and had them installed this past week. I am very pleased with the workers, they were pleasant, and kept the work area clean. They did a great job with the installation. The caulking around the windows were done very good. A really nice job.

  We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a total of 15 doors and windows replaced and from first contact until the final piece of flashing was installed, everything was handled with professionalism. Prior to ordering all of our questions were answered. We were kept up-to-date with the progress while the windows and doors were being manufactured, and installation was on time and professional. We really appreciated that the installation team cleaned up at the end of each day. We live in an older house and the old windows and doors were between 20 and 40 years old. With the new windows we have noticed our home is a lot quieter, the rooms are warmer with a more consistent temperature throughout the house. We would not hesitate to use Verdun Windows for future projects.

  ******** and his two installers from Verdun Windows and Doors were fantastic - courteous, professional and did a thorough job in replacing two outdated patio doors. They cleaned up and took all the scraps with them, too. I'm very happy with the quality of the workmanship by Verdun and the customer service. The wait was about six months or so, but it was worth it. I can't wait to enjoy a warm summer breeze with my new screen door.*****

  The installers were great. We had snow and freezing rain that day and they didnt let that slow them down. They were professional and cleaned up all the mess when they were done. The windows look great. Will use Verdun again for future replacements.

  Overall we have been very happy with our experience with Verdun!The consultation and day of instalation for our windows were both excellent! Great, personable, knowledgeable staff, wonderful service! We were given a quote within a couple of days of their visit, questions were answered quickly and fully. Installation was booked for two days but they finished in one, so efficient! They cleaned up after themselves so nicely. We knew up front that there was going to be a long wait for our order to be produced and ready for instalation. Unfortunately, our only disappointment would be that we only found out on the day the windows were being installed that our doors had not come in yet. It was the next day when we were told it would be another couple of months before they would be ready to be installed. When we were called to book the day for instalation we had assumed it was for both windows and doors. I am sure once they arrive we will be happy with the product and instalation.
