Excellent service all the way through, from sales to installation including ongoing communications relating to the process. I had my kitchen window changed and the result is great. I recommend them without hesitation!

It was a genuine pleasure working with the Verdun team, from the initial measurement appointment with ****, to the installation crew of **** and ******, who were very pleasant, respectful, punctual, and very capable. An unexpected problem came up, due to a peculiarity with the house design, which caused a delay, but the Verdun team worked with us to resolve the problem to everyones satisfaction, and we are more than happy with the results.Verdun Windows and Doors

We got a new Patio door in stalled ,looks really good. Took 5 months from the time we ordered it. Our in stalled **** was very professional, worked clean and cleaned up after himself. ****Verdun Windows and Doors

I was very happy with my new door from Verdun, everything was done as promised. **** who installed the door was very professional and helpful with my many questions, very polite and friendly gentleman, I will be requesting him again for when my windows come in for sure!!!Verdun Windows and Doors

The wonderful experience started with the sales *********** who was very knowledgeable. She listened to my requirements, made suggestions and made the whole process ******* clear. The measurement appointment was quick and easy. I understand the long wait, due to the supply chain, and in my case, it benefited, as I did not want a window put in in the wintertime. Verdun kept me updated all the way. The installation team was fast, efficient, and respectful of my home outside and inside. *** and his crew deserve to be commended on the outstanding work they did. I enjoyed talking to each member. They were very friendly. The framing, flashings, and vinyl were all perfectly aligned and sealed. They cleaned up everywhere. We had Verdun replace our front door on our older home. Wlad and his crew were extremely professional and conscientious and paid ************************* regardless of how minor during the installation process. It was clear they knew what they were doing which helped ease any concerns I had about the job. The new door had completely changed how our older home looks.
