      Signed up with koodo. They convinced me to sign up for a tablet. The tablet arrived but they haven't provided the Sim card needed to operate it. They are still trying to charge me for it despite not having provided the service. I've tried to just return the brand new unused tablet but they are refusing to take it back. Still haven't even provided a Sim card nearly 3 months after the activation date. Service department is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I don't want the service now and they are refusing to remove the charges and take back the tablet.

      What a terrible experience! During last Black Friday period, I referred lots of my friends to the Koodo plan. Now they refuse to give me referral credits and marked my account fraud! It's so offensive!

      Pathetic experience with Koodo internet. ***** *** **** **** **** * **** *** ***** ******** I took internet connection but since it was not providing good coverage, I decided to cancel. Oh my gosh, I didn't realize what a pain it is to cancel the internet service online. When I tried logging into the account and cancel subscription, it took me to a white page where it showed nothing to cancel the subscription. It was clearly a technical glitch of their website and when I called customer service, I realized they don't have a direct calling number. I had to chat through their virtual chat and provide my number to schedule a call back. After a while, I received the call and a service rep was struggling to find my internet account and after a while when he found, I told him that I cannot cancel online so help me to cancel through their system. I was shocked to hear that there is no other way. I asked him to atleast submit a request to concerned team and don't know what he did and he told he has submitted the request and provided me return shipping label to return the devices. I thought may be it got cancelled but upon logging into their website, I see my subscription is still active. I again talked to another rep and this time the rep told that she could not see any notes or requested submitted for me to cancel the internet subscription. I asked her if she can do again but the same answer you can only cancel it through online. Am totally stuck now. I reached out to koodo community and looking at my message somebody replied my account is stuck in limbo, there is a technical glitch with their system and a handful of customers are impacted. There is no ETA to get this fixed. This is so frustrating, my account is still active and I don't know what to do.

      Koodo added a tab bonus charge. I had a zero tab balance. After changing providers due to a substatial cost reduction and a service Koodo does not offer, I recieved an invoice for a discount koodos had given for a new phone purchase I made. I believed the discount for this phone was to promote their business it had recieved over multiple years from myself. I had also promoted numerous relatives and friends to go with koodos in the past years. Good luck Koodos.

      I've used Koodo mobile for several years *** ********* ********* ******* ****. Reasons: 1. Although koodo was then slightly cheaper for a comparable plan, I have spent too much time and energy solving billing problems. 2. All information about koodo charges are well hidden in the small print and in some cases, impossible to negotiate to on their site. 3. Easy Roam is a dedicated trap. Whether you have activated it or not, it kicks on automatically when you leave Canada. This is promoted as a safety guard for you; however, the cost is $16/day if it is used once. It may be cheaper to pay the per-use rate but you have to turn off Easy Roam manually in order to do that. 4. Having ensured Easy Roam is now turned off, the next trap is mobile data. It will incur charges when you are out of Canada whether you use data or not - and if you do turn it off, it will automatically reactivate on the first day of your billing cycle. 5. I am often told, as is my husband, that our audio is breaking up. * ****** **** **** **** ***** **** **** ** *** *** ****** I think each time I travel that I know how to avoid additional charges but I'm always wrong.

      i have a very bad experience with koodo. they just called for promotion and offered a phone services. I rejected and from next month they started issuing bill. we don't have any po the services yet. Now they ask to pay $ 309.       ******** ********** ** ******** ******** Can't contact them online, or by phone. Calls drop. Don't send you bills or notifications. Impossible to contact them even to pay the bill. Then they report to the credit bureau.

      Got a refurbished phone. Problems with the phone almost right away. Took it for repair with no physical damage. Said it had irreversible water damage. This phone is water resistant and I had never so much as had it in the rain and said they can't fix it. It was clearly water damaged prior to me receiving it. Also, the plan you get will charge you way to much for what the plan is, then you go on their website and are able to change it to the exact same plan for $20 cheaper for no reason ***** **** **** **** ***** ** ****** *** *** ***** * ***** ******* *** ********* ** ******** ******** ** * ***** **** * ***** * ******

      ********** ******* ******** ******** My home internet plan was supposed to be activated on the 5th of January, status remained as processing until the 8th of January, never received my equipment, it was sent to my old address where I can't even receive the notice of attempted delivery. I asked if they could change the shipping address before the equipment got shipped out, literally days ago, and customer service ***** **** **** ****** *** **** ** * ***** **** *** refused to help. Called back today to try to get more clarification on the situation because I received zero communication from them about why my activation date was three days late or why they were unable to change the shipping address to match the service address, and the woman on the phone began arguing with me. She was ** **** *** cutting me off when I tried to explain things to her that I hung up ***** *** *** ***** ********* ** ** ***  So, not only do I have to track down my package myself on the other side of the city to return it, I immediately cancelled my subscription and paid a month of internet for nothing. I will be paying off my cell phone tab balance and cancelling ALL of my services with this company despite a decade of being with them. *** ****** ******* **** ******* ** ******

      ** * ***** **** ***** **** ***** * ****** Their customer service dept is horrid. I signed up as a brand new customer with koodo for both phone and internet, and have been having nothing but problems since. I was told to order my internet online, I did, but the $20 discount they were offering for bundling didn't get applied. I then called to get the situation rectified, only to have them transfer me to ****** internet instead of KOODO. I then ended up unknowingly signing up for ******, and even after explaining the discount issue on koodos website, not once did anyone mention that I wasn't even speaking to koodo. Fast forward to my internet set up date (after I cancel and deal with the accidental ****** account) and now my Koodo modem doesn't work. IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW, and I still don't have Internet, I've been trying to contact Koodo customer service for a week, I keep getting the run around, or hung up on, and with their ****** call back system I have to go online and request a ****** call back every single time. I asked to speak to a manager and I have to wait for a call back for that as well!! Honestly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, nobody can give you any info, or help with anything, and that's even if you can understand them in the first place. I would not recommend koodo to anyone, this whole experience has been an absolute headache.
