      Team work ethic between ****** and was super and they explained their process for the job Very thorough , clean and efficient !Double checked their work prior to leaving, left no stones unturned Even went in crawlspace!Surpasses any other contractors that I have previously hired for various projects around the house: roofers, hot water tank installation or electricians! Thanks ??

      John The Plumber - ****** (handled my drainage blockage). He was on time, friendly explained the work he was going to do, the costs and options of the work to be performed, left our house clean and did a great job! Who could ask for more?

      They were prompt, able to come quickly and called before they arrived. The two employees who attended were professional, and solved our problem. They were able to fix our drain blockage and also went above and beyond to get a part and replace our drain. They meticulously cleaned up and were able to offer useful advice. Will definitely use them again. *********************

      ***** was amazing. He was very polite, knowledge and detailed in completing the plumbing issue. It was resolved quickly and efficiently. ***** suggested an improvement to one of the parts of the item that was fixed at no extra charge and tested his work to make sure there was no running water.

      We have used JOHN THE PLUMBER company a couple of times and have been satisfied with their work. This last time was a difficult job and *******, with his helper, did a super job. The initial assessment was done by ******, who very shortly realized that it would be a bigger job and would required a more experienced, qualified plumber. We received a reasonable quote and it took a morning and half an afternoon before ******* could assure us all was completed and would last a long time. He explained everything to us and was available at anytime to answer our questions. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, we have nothing to say but good things for all the people with whom we dealt with at this company. We highly recommend this company, not only for their excellent customer relationship, but for the good humoured, skilled workers.
