      I have used John the plumber for a few services throughout the years. I have had their plumber's in for a few faucet and toilet replacements, a new water heater, and a leak or two around the house. Every time the plumber has shown up on time, and wasted little time getting the job done.Since the first time I called, I have been impressed with how fast and easy the process is. Call and get an appointment, get the work done, pay the man, and forget about it. Service is top tier.I Will continue to use John the plumber for all of ****************, and highly recommend them.

      We had a really positive experience with ******* from John the Plumber last week. We appreciated the courtesy call he made to notify us that he was on his way over to our condo, along with his transparency when providing quotes upfront for the work that was needed. He was able to quickly diagnose the source of a leak we had in our bathroom, and had all the right equipment and materials on hand, ensuring that the plumbing job could be completed in one visit. His passion for his work was contagious: he made every effort to walk me through exactly what he was doing, showing me the parts that needed repair and steps involved. Working with ******* was a true delight! He helped ease the stress of this situation with his friendliness, integrity and gusto. I'm so glad we found him and look forward to giving more business to him and John the Plumber in the future.

      I recently responded to an advertisement for a recruiter for John the Plumber. It appears two members of staff are exploiting the referral system. One, I initially spoke with, posed as the owner of the company. It was only later I found out he was an employee. They have no means of tracking referrals and when I finally found the general manager he advised he recognized some of the numbers but did not recall whether they were a fit or not and went on to say that he was not tracking referrals. If there is a referral system in place. Surely, they should be tracking the commission payment. He claimed they had hired an ex-employee, yet they were looking for multiple candidates... I followed up with my referrals one of which responded saying he had been offered work. I expect they will let him go now as I have contacted them requesting information. There are possibly more. If the staff are exploiting the system and innocent people, then how are is the rest of the business operating?

      Hi *****, You did speak with the owner. And, you did speak with the general manager. However, we did not hire any of the people that you referred to us. Several of the people that you sent us had no idea who I was when I called and did not sound interested. They were essentially cold calls, and they were not looking, from what I could tell. We did rehire a previous employee named ****, who is not someone you sent to me.Had we hired someone you referred us, we would have gladly paid you the referral fee - as we've done with someone else since June. We're simply looking for top-notch individuals who want to work here. In regards to tracking referrals, I'm not sure what you mean. I called everyone I was sent. Many of them didn't answer, so I left voicemails. I don't believe I ever got a call-back. But the important thing is we didn't hire anyone of them. I was and am still looking for individuals to hire, but they have to be a good fit.And in fact, the individual we rehired was actually sent to us by someone else who was referring staff to us. And even though he was a rehire, I still paid out the referral to that person as she had reconnected me with him.I regret you feel like we wronged you, but we simply didn't. We just didn't proceed with your candidates.

      Worst service. Contacted them to have two brand new appliances (fridge and dishwasher) installed. Plumber showed up I stalled dishwasher to existing water line which was fine but not the fridge. The water line which we discovered later needed to have a connector piece replaced wasn't from the Plumber. We found of this after we noticed a pff taste to our water dispenser and ice - which given there expertise should have been installed correctly. I contacted their office and explained that I was promptly charged over 500 dollars to have this installed "professionally" which it wasn't. They said that there office manager was away and would contact me back. Instead of refunding me money they only offered to come *** review before charging me to fix it. I regret giving a ***** to these people and to those in need of services I urged to look elsewhere.

      Worst service ever. I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero star. I contacted John The Plumber for leaking issues from the ceiling, they came fixed it charged me $1000, gave me a warranty for 2 years. 2 weeks later, i have the same problem again, same leak from same area. Contacted them again, 10 calls to them in 2 weeks and no proper response from them at all. Problem is not solved yet.

      Great service from ***** of John the Plumber on a couple of issues (blocked drain and ************). Arrived promptly, very professional, courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond in completing the services. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

      I spoke with ****, very nice lady. She seems to be confusing some timelines, and payments. I'm confused as to why this complaint is lodged so long after we have done business together. I've attempted to try and clarify any issues and she kept stating "I don't care, it's over now" There isn't much more we can do

      The quote clearly indicates that the demo work needs to be done Before, with the wall built for the toilet carrier.****************** is expecting a plumber to do the work of either a *********, or a skilled handyman. His deposit has been promptly refunded to him as he requested.We requested information from him regarding the specs needed for us to complete the job. The day before the job was booked to be completed, ****************** stated that he expected us to do complete the demo and construction work. I spoke with ****************** and confirmed that we could not do the demo work and build a wall, as that was outside of our scope. ****************** advised he wanted his money back, which I immediately reversed to his credit card.
