Well I got them to do a ** waiver for me originally a couple years ago but because I had so many convictions all across Canada it took a few months for them to get all the documents and let me tell you there were lots over 35 years but they got them.Then they made up a package for me and I submitted it and I actually got my US waiver.It was for one year. then I called on them again to get me another one this one was done in quicker time and I just got a five year waiver, I'm so happy, I've already recommended this company to three other people and one of them has gotten their US waiver so far

It was difficult to get ahold of someone once all the payments went through for information pertaining to my case, and it was a lengthy process. Although I was charged as a teen with no other convictions, and it was over 12 years later I applied, I was still denied my pardon originally due to a motor vehicle ticket for not having my seatbelt on on one occasion, as well as a ticket ( both paid in full) for not having my registration signed. In ************************************************************************************* after all that work and money paid. I did fight it however, wrote a letter showing how I have improved my life annd how I gave back to the community and was ultimately awarded my pardon. I did get my pardon in the end and thats what was most important, however I do think they could work on communication with clients post payment.Pardon Applications of Canada

Excellent work and helpful during the process. Took longer than I wanted but this was not their fault just the time it takes for it to all be processed and revised and completed by the government. Start to finish it took over 2 years but did finally get my full pardon. Thanks ??Pardon Applications of Canada

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I hired them on March 5/2022 having been told by them that my waiver would take UP to 10 months. I was going on vacation march 3/2023.They are very nice and helpful UNTIL they get your money, then they ghost your calls and will only deal with you by a 10 min appointed call via email. I needed to talk to these people and every time I had a phone appointment it was cancelled without my permission and an email was send with information stating.. "they hadn't forgotten me and that this is taking long than they though" Mine was a very simple waiver as my conviction was small and in ****, with no other convictions.There is a TON of hidden costs that they do NOT tell you about. The initial fee is there but they have other hidden fees, like filing your application is an extra fee?? You would think that would be part of the original fee. But you are at their mercy and HAVE to pay the amount to get your file going. THEN there is a PRIORITY fee as well to jump you to the front of the line. I did this as well but my file sat dormant on someone's desk for 5 months. I found this out when they refunded me my filing fee. They were quick to refund me but wouldn't talk to me. i was always very polite with them as I was scared they would do something to delay my waiver. They can't!! DO THIS YOURSELF. It is self explanitory and you will get a result much quicker. In the meantime I lost $1100 for my vacation that i can't go on now. This company is RUDE and just wants your money. I will be doing a formal complaint with this company as well. They have even sent me a THREAENING email once I left my review. BUYER BEWARE, either do this waiver process yourself or hire a company with better reviews and no hidden costs.Review fromKaren G.

From the first contact PAC was professional and considerate. I called and spoke with a number of different representatives and with each contact they took the time to listen and explain the process.
