As like many people, it was difficult at times to actually speak with an agent, you are at there mercy as to them getting back to you, when I did speak with and agent they were very helpful, & courteous, my Waiver was for a renewal. I eventually did get a decision, and it was in my favour , waiver for another five years, when I got the notice from the U.S. Government that a decision had been reached, I had several days off **************** as I couldnt access the decision, the waiver application was e-Safe sent to Homeland Security and a password was set up by E-Safe ( that I didnt have ) which you needed to access the decision, now it took several days of panic & emails, and phone messages to E-***************************** Canada, finally after several days, Pardons Canada sent me the Decision Copy, I paid much money for this Waiver, Pardons Canada was great to deal with when you finally get contact, however they are not user friendly only in being accessible, cant never get ahold off anyone there, I would use them again for sure, but never use E-Safe again, one more thing, by using E-Safe didnt make it any faster, actually made it longer as I didn,thave the password to access the final decision which added another Stress 3 Days, Thank you Pardons Canada for your professional courteous service. *********************Pardon Applications of Canada

A puzzling review. First, this is not "Pardons Canada". Second, it is easy to communicate with PAC, either via scheduling a call (available every day), emailing, or requesting a file update 24/7 via My Account Dashboard. Lastly, you got a 5-year Waiver, an excellent application from Pardon Applications of Canada which was approved, and the e-SAFE timeline (you are Required to do e-SAFE, it is not an option) has nothing to do with PAC.Review fromsourav d

This experience was smooth. The team at PAC was available for questions, they handled my concerns and didn't leave me hanging after they received my payment. PAC changed my life and helped me through every step, patiently. I had many questions, ha. The staff and people who have had contacted with at Pardons Canada were professional conscientious of my feelings all information that they gave me at the beginning of my program proved to be absolutely accurate I received everything that I was supposed to received the cost was minimal at best I would highly recommend this program to anyone who's searching to improve their life as it has improved mine which opens a couple doors that you didn't have before I wish to thank the the staff much for helping to improve my lifePardon Applications of Canada

The staff at Pardons Canada are very competent, reliable, and amicable to deal with. Getting a pardon I found was a lot of work and took a considerable amount of time in the process and the staff made it much easier to deal with but it was all worth it in the end as there was a positive result for me. The only drawback I found was that the price you pay is high or too expensive and could easily prevent others from applying for their pardon whether they deserve it or not. I had a good experience with Pardon Applications of Canada. It was easy to get started and they were always available to talk when I needed more information. I was able to get my pardon and I can continue to live my life knowing I dont have to worry now about something that is in the past.Pardon Applications of Canada

After 10 years of believing I wasnt eligible for a pardon PAC were the ones who confirmed I was eligible and would likely get it. It was a lengthy process, but they made sure all the paperwork was complete and accurate and all my statements were worded well. Once my package was submitted to the parole board, I was expecting to wait **** months. I received my Pardon 2 months later. I believe a testament to their work ensuring it was done right and accurately! Highly recommend these folks to anyone! Appreciate their professionalism and hard work!Pardon Applications of Canada

From my initial interaction with PAC, I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional professionalism and genuine consideration.
