  Shaun is the man!! So professional and so helpful. I definitely feel that he was looking out for my best interest. Being uneasy about situations involving money in any way sucks!! But I didn’t feel this way at all. After Shaun explained, what he thought was best for me and what would take place if I choose this route (to my disbelief). I felt quite comfortable about the decision and had no uneasy feeling whatsoever.   Excellent customer service and the only financial institution that has actually been helpful when I’ve hit a snag and needed a little help and understanding while trying to sort my finances :) I appreciate the help, patience and understanding.

  My local branch was spotty with communication when I had issues with my account or wanted an updated balance, they also didn't inform me there was an app when I brought up the fact that I had been locked out of my account for many weeks. I called the 1-800 number and finally got some customer service. *** ** *** * ***** **** *** ******** ******* ****** * ****** * **** **** ** ****** **  Overall, it was an ok experience

  I am going to tell you that there is an employee at goeasy that is nothing short of an angel. Daina L. is by far the most amazing employee and her dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. Daina took the reins of my complaint and told me that while she cannot promise anything, that she would do everything she could to help me. Daina was able to work behind the scenes and come up with a resolution that is nothing short of perfect. I am so glad to have had the experience and the chance to meet Daina as I will forever remember what she did for me. I want to thank Daina L. and I want goeasy to understand what an exceptional employee they have in Daina. I trust that she will go very far in goeasy. If you ever have the chance to work with her please trust in this compliment that she will do what she can for you - she never wavers from that commitment.
