I absolutely dread it when a company ships something via Purolator; t*** **** ******* * ****** *** ***** ******* ******* * **** **** ***** ***** ** *** ******** ************ ***** ** * ***** ** ** * *** ***** *** *** *** ** ***** ** ** ******* ********** For some unknown reason, the company I ordered it from felt the need to ship with Purolator. Last month, when I ordered food, I checked the tracking regularly. On Tuesday morning, the tracking said the package was on the delivery truck and would be delivered by the end of the day. At the end of the day, the tracking said it couldn't be delivered until the next day. This went on for the entire week. ****** *** **** *** ** *** **** ** ** ******* ******** ***** *** * **** ** *** ******** On Saturday, when I was outside walking my dog, what do I see but **** ********* driving down the street delivering Purolator packages out of the back of an old pickup truck. When he got to my house, he just threw the package on the back steps and ran. He never even tried to knock on the door. The box was ripped open and literally full of snow. It looked like it had been that way for days. The absolute worst part of Purolator is trying to file a complaint. **** **** ** ****** *** ***** ***

      I had repeated bad experiences with them.
      Just recently I got a “Sorry we missed you” label on a day I was home all the time. So they did not miss me, but ignored me, by not ringing the bell.
      But the best part is that now I have to drive 45 minutes to retrieve my parcel.
      This is because, instead of leaving it at the closest location to the customer, they leave undelivered parcels to the closest location on the driver’s route!!!
      This is a company that doesn’t know what good customer service is. It looks like they do not care at all. **** ******** *** **** ******** ******** *** ****** **** ***** **** ** *****

      I don't think I have ever actually recieved a package from Purolator. I was supposed to yesterday while I worked from home within earshot if the door. I heard the knock for another package and got that, but no knock from Purolator. They didn't leave a paper on my door or any indication that they actually visited my address either. They just sent me an email saying to come pick up my package. Thats it.
      I don't get how they are even considered a delivery company at this point, this isn't a rare occurrence and I don't have this issue with any other companies.
      I avoid Purolator since they NEVER deliver but unfortunately not every website allows you to pick your shipping provider so sometimes I get stuck with them. This is a business that I have never willingly chosen to use and have issues with almost every time another business offloads my request onto them.

      ******* * ****** ** ** *** ** *** ***** ******** ******** ***** *** I spoke with two employees Sherry and Beverly, both couldn't do anything.
      They admitted my address on the package was correct the whole time, while online it said it couldn't be delivered, an issue with the address.
      When I finally got a hold of them, they refused to deliver the same day. I will apparently get the package sometime in the next few days and if it doesn't show up I can wait on the phone for another 50-minute wait time for them to do nothing about it anyway.

      Oh to be a Purolator driver, you pull up to a house that needs a package delivered. Whats that you say? Take the package and give it to the recipient? Nay, I will write a few numbers and their name on a "we missed you slip and slap it on their door". Why would I ever waste precious energy on actually carrying the package and knock on their door? That would require alot out of me. DO BETTER! Maybe provide disciplinary action or an incentive to you know... Actually try and deliver the package!

      I ordered 2 parcels from **** ********* BC. The distributor assured me the parcel would be here in *** ****** Alberta on the following Monday. It was not. I gave Purolator a day's grace, and still nothing. I checked tracking and the parcel was not delivered due to "address not complete". Ten days later, I'm getting the same response, even after I called the distributor and confirmed our address. I even requested that the parcels be dropped at a nearby business drop-off point and the response was the same. * **** ** **** **** ** *** ****** *** ** ** *** ** *** **** *************** ********* ** ***** Purolator has been here on several occasions in the past, so I know that *** ****** ***** is familiar with the Purolator drivers. At this point, I feel like a bicycle courier could have done a better job. These are important time-sensitive packages and Purolator has failed miserably. * *** ** **** * **** ** **** ***** *** *** ***** *** * ***** *** ********

      ************** **** *** **** ***** **** ***** ********* **** ***** **** ****** ******** ********* We live in a condo building and it's easy for the delivery driver to find us on the intercom screen. It doesn't seem to be an issue for any other courier service except for Purolator. We have had several "missed" deliveries this month, and the follow up is random as well. Some drivers drop off the package at a pick up facility close by, others say we will attempt to deliver again in the next few days but never do, and a few times I got fed up and called to have it held at the sorting facility for me to pick it up. I asked if my phone number was tagged to the tracking number and it was, however I was told that the drivers do not have access to a phone to contact us if they cannot find the address (keep in mind we live in a building with 100+ units, I find it difficult to believe that our building is difficult to find). I was offered a supervisor to help, but what would the supervisor of the support center do? We need people from upper management to listen to these complaints for meaningful change. The dispatch team directors need to take action.

      without a doubt worst delivery service. **** ***** ******* **** ****** My only questions at this point (having to deal with them for a few years and every single time ****, missed delivery deadlines, lost packages) * *** **** **** *** ***** ** ************? That tells you that the companies that employ them ***** ******** do not care about their customers. Delivery by Purolator is now one of my deciding factors when ordering online. My last experience: promised delivery yesterday, **** about the delivery status today. The delivery is to a condo unit with a lifeguard at the gate, and Purolator said "receiver was not available" when the guard says that there was no Purolator track today at their condo at all! **** **** *** ** **** ******* ***** ******** Helpless ****** ******** customer service: i paged the driver, but we don't know whether and when he might be back. *** ********** ***** ** *** **** *** ** **** good luck to you getting your package...ever.
