      ************************************************* They Lost two packages, provided no delivery confirmation, then lost my claim on the packages. Have been on hold twice for over 1/2 hour trying to talk to someone. Claimed they contacted me by email and phone twice but they did not. Totally inexcusable as I provided my phone number and email twice during customer service chats. Have written this entire review while on hold. I have an extension number for the agent but no way to dial it from their menu. ********** I am frustrated beyond belief. Will never use PUROLATOR if I have a choice.

      This is only the second time I have used Purolator and the last. They are owned by *********** and cannot deliver to a *********** box number? I live out of town and the only currier that delivers is ***. It has been two weeks since the package has been sent, and has had 14 attempts of delivery?? I have not received any calls from Purolator or the shipper, total definition of incompetence!

      COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE !! A package I ordered from ****** was supposed to be delivered by Purolator on June 30, 2022, but earlier today on June 28, 2022, I received an e-mail which stated that the package had ALREADY been delivered to my home in Red Deer. I was 100 KM away from home when I got the e-mail, and was not home as I did not expect the delivery to take place until June 30, 2022, as that was the estimated delivery date I received from ******.
      So I phoned two of my next door neighbours and had them look for the parcel in my yard and on my porch and both told me they found nothing. So then I called Purolator to confirm, with the tracking number, that the item HAD INDEED been delivered, and the telephone rep insisted that it had, and said he even checked the GPS of the delivery truck to ensure it had been at my address earlier in the day.
      ***************** I called ****** to inform them of the missing package and they checked in their system and told me that Purolator was wrong - the package WAS NOT delivered and their database was in error.
      I will be taking this up with the management of Purolator as I wasted at least a half hour of my time today on this, because these ****** don't have a clue. What horrible service. *************************

      Worst service ever!
      Purolator lost TWICE a package bought on ******* in less than 10 days.
      A big box has been lost TWICE!
      Purolator keeps saying my package should arrive, but after 10 days I am still waiting.
      And when you try to get a concrete answer, Purolator has a stupid customer service, a robot!
      I don´t understand why a big company like ****** still makes business with this ****!

      I had a parcel that was supposed to come on June 8, 2022. I got an email from Purolator saying it would not be coming that day and they did not have a date for me when it would be delivered. So imagine my surprise on June 9, 2022 when I opened my front door and there sat my parcel. Soaking wet in the rain. We had a mini hurricane and it was raining and blowing. No one knocked on my door or rang my doorbell nor did anyone phone me to tell me it was here. I would like to know why it was just left out there. It was large so it would be hard for someone to cart away. I wasn't worried about it being stolen. I just don't understand why the driver did not ring my doorbell or knock to let me know. What if I had not gone out until the next day, would my parcel have been gone then? I don't think that is their rule to just leave things on the doorstep. I want to know why mine was.

      Terrible customer service. No one calls when you're told on several different calls and chats that "someone will contact you in 2 days." We run a business and they have left our customers and us in the lurch by holding packages needing a "resolution" - well no one tells you why and then sometimes the shipment just gets to the customer, albeit many days late, so how do you ship with a company that sometimes delivers and sometime doesn't?? Customer service was a waste of time, every time we contacted them. There isn't even a complain line... We have a package over a week late that we still don't know where it is and what the "issue" was that needed resolution.

      *************************************************************** ***************** I have a package that had been sitting in a sort facility in Milton for over a week then i called and magically it moved the one hour to Toronto it has not moved since here we are on Two weeks in ontario. Spoke to a ***** Manager at head office they refuse to do anything to help i just have to keep waiting. Keep in mind this Package is now way late and no one us willing to help they just read the script and assure you it will be at its destination soon. ************************************

      The Driver did not attempt to deliver the parcel did not leave any notices at the door , the company expects the shipper to send the tracking number and consignee to track it using tracking number Purolator does not required to leave a notice, very poor service , leaving a notice could have made everyone's life easy. The service is Simply not for the people Th e service I got does not simply fit their mission of " People First " and " Customer Focus " its just money focus once you paid for courier , you just need to listen to their standards not focused on customer service.
