      Promises were made previous to point of sale regarding delivery. * ***** **** **** ** **** ****** ***** **** **** *** *** Chose CAS because they were willing to work with me on delivery. Upon delivery there was nothing but issues. ** ******* salesman will say what they need to to make a sale *** **** **** *** ********* ** **** *** * **** ** **** ****. They left my home in disarray and refused to haul away what they promised. In addition the delivery drivers refused to install anything until I signed the paperwork which included an acknowledgement that nothing was damaged upon installation. Totally backwards. When trying to resolve the issue I was constantly told that they couldn't do anything and was passed in a circle between departments. I spent 3 hours being told by delivery drivers to call the salesman; the salesman to call Customer care; Customer care to talk to the salesman; salesman to call the delivery department; only to be told thad the delivery department wont speak directly to customers and id start the process over. By the end of it delivery just dropped everything and left. Couldn't be more frustrated and unhappy with how everything unfolded.

      Upon review of your file, we noted the request for our delivery team to haul away and move two sets of washers and dryers, which wasn't initially discussed during your purchase.


      For liability reasons, our standard delivery service does not include unstacking old appliances. However, after internal discussion, we made an exception for your delivery. Our team agreed to unstack your existing washer/dryer on the condition that a damage waiver was signed.

      Regarding the removal of the remaining washer, please contact our customer care team at ###-###-#### to arrange a suitable date for its pickup.

      * ******** ********* *** ** *** **** ******** ********* ******* We purchased an oven and had it delivered. The oven did not fit properly in the space and was missing the backsplash piece. We advised Canadian Appliance Source that we had Not Used the appliance and we had not removed any of the packaging and that we would like to replace it with a different oven from them. We paid an additional 1400 for the new oven. They then charged us 780 dollars for restocking. The second new oven was put into the space by Canadian Appliance Source delivery people. They left after the delivery and the door of the new oven was not straight. We took the oven door off and straightened it. ************* ******* ** ****** ** *** ******* ** ************* *** ***** The main complaint is the excessive restocking fee. Customer service was horrible. For future appliance purchases we will not be returning to this company.

      I bought a ** washer that was delivered on April 23, it came broken and unusable. I have been trying to get a replacement since as it leaks badly. The tech did come out and told me there were two broken parts and it would have been delivered broken. I have had to call daily back and forth from ** to CA trying to get a working washer. Today is May 09 and have managed to progress as far as ** agreeing to replace the washer. Now I am back to trying to get CA to get a delivery day for the replacement. I absolutely would not recommend Canadian Appliances to anyone. The customer service after delivery has been difficult. I can barely understand them and have several times refused to let me speak to a manager. So much for trying to buy from a Canadian store.

      I bought a ***** dishwasher ordered on April 3, 2025. On April 16, 2025 I was delivered a damaged dishwasher that I had to prove was damaged with photos. After taking numerous photos, they finally accepted the fact the machine was damaged on delivery! I was told there was not another of the same model in stock or of equal value and I could wait for the delivery of a new ***** dishwasher to come in or take a model of less value. We needed a dishwasher so I did accept the model of less value which was delivered on April 25, 2025. I was told that I would receive a refund of $64.00. I checked repeatedly my credit card account and there was no refund posted.       I made a purchase of a ** Washer from Canadian Appliance Source over the phone. Mistake better to go in person. After the arrival I saw that it was flimsy metal lid with sharp edges, also very noisey used it once, and didnt have the features I had in previous washer. The company asked for me to send photos of all sides and any audio regarding the noise. I did all of this. their reply was that they would like to arrive at a resolution and required the manufacturer to send a technician to see the machine. They instructed me to make a choice for a replacement and they would confirm ** stamp of approval . ** stated they could remedy the flaws, they didnt. I was happy that CAS said go ahead and look for a replacment, and there was no charge to send back. After their response from **, they said that ** repaired the sharp edges, and that the machine works , not able to return to the store. I had stated I was willing to pay more money for a better machine. they aren't budging. I am not buying anyting from this company and now stuck with a $644 washer, and they have my old washer. They also dragged this on to two weeks .

      I went to the website for the Canadian Appliance Source and saw a fridge advertised for 90% off for $279. **** **** ** ** ******  I called the 1-800 number to arrange to buy it and was hung up on TWICE! I then called the local location in Langford and was told there was no such thing as a fridge for $279! I asked why they were advertising this if it didn't exist and they said they would have the IT department take it down. T*** ** ******* ***** ************ I wasted an hour of my time and all the staff I dealt with were ** **** *** unhelpful.       Happy to take a credit card payment and prompt delivery organized. Upon arrival, the two delivery staff decided that it was too challenging for them to deliver the washer-dryer and remove the existing unit as per the contract. They invoked the "oversize clause" which, upon ***** review, is a vaguely worded disclaimer and left.       ** washer and dryer incomplete installation Bought ** washer and dryer, delivery was on time, both work but promise to replace OLD dryer vent was not kept and management declined to rectify because of "non-standard setup" that had been working well for decades. Also left without providing a way to secure the washer exhaust hose to nearby laundry tub which had a secure attachment that disappeared with the old washer. Installation crew demanded multiple signatures without addressing either issue. ***** - never assume that order is complete without careful confirmation, and be prepared to do-it-yourself after refusal to cooperate.

      My experience with CAS on Millstream Road has been a nightmare *** * **** ** *** ** **** * ******* *********** ** ****** ** ** *** *** **** *** ** ********* Do not trust the prices or the commitments to free delivery and installation service, or cash back if you pay using **** or **********, or anything else you read on their website site. Their sales people will say anything to get your sale. After processing my payment, no one would return my calls. I emailed Aftersales Services and they wouldn’t stand behind commitments the sales rep made verbally to me. CAS wouldn’t stand behind their free delivery offer even when I sent them a screenshot of that commitment from their own website. They did not have in stock the required stacking kit for the washer and dryer they sold me. They refunded me the sale price, but we needed to scramble to purchase the kit from a third party to meet the delivery schedule, and we ended up paying twice as much. Delivery was late. The washer and dryer came with no user manuals and no warranty information. The hoses were not included in the price. CAS sales rep misled us on that too. CAS is not a one-stop shop as it describes itself. I’ve spent so much time and effort toward resolving my after sales concerns, and on top of that, I ended up spending more money **** ** * *** **** **** ******* ********* ******* ** **** because CAS charged me for parts and services that I was led to believe were free of charge, and CAS refuses to refund me.

      Your Sales Executive provided you with an additional discount, making the final price lower than the online price. While the shipping cost is included in the product's purchase price and cannot be adjusted on the invoice, the refund for the stacking kit was processed on April 11, 2025. Please note that no further refunds will be processed for your order.

      Extremely Disappointed – Unreasonable Return Policy & Poor Customer Service We had a very disappointing experience with Canadian Appliance Source. We purchased an ** range and received it in March 2025. Upon delivery, the crew asked us if we wanted the box removed—but they failed to inform us that doing so could impact our ability to return or exchange the item. Had we known that, we would’ve absolutely kept the original packaging. The range remained completely unused and uninstalled, sitting inside our home for only six days. When we reached out to exchange it for a higher-end model (which would’ve added $600 to our purchase), we were shocked to be told we’d be charged a 35% restocking fee simply because the product was out of the box—even though it was untouched and in perfect condition. Despite our willingness to continue shopping with them—we also intended to buy a fridge and washer/dryer set—their team showed no flexibility. They eventually offered to reduce the fee to 25%, but this still felt like an unfair penalty for what was clearly a good faith request. Their rigid return policy, combined with a lack of transparency and poor customer service, has completely eroded our trust. We’ve decided to keep the original unit out of frustration, but we will not be returning to Canadian Appliance Source for any future purchases. We are sharing our experience publicly ** ****** *** ** ****** ** **** ******** **** ****** **** **** ******** Once they have your money, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.
