    I dealt with this group of people when they were known ** *** **** * ****. When the company was sold to a larger, but formula-based, organization, I could not find a maintenance plan that approached and responded to my needs. Their transition plan was a disaster. Thankfully, Peter and his partners established a new service that was interested in me, as a customer and not as a wallet to be picked.
    This week, I was treated to an inspection and maintenance call that proved, once again, that a small, caring company, is better than a large organization that wants to minimize service, maximize profits and create maintenance plans that are costly and unresponsive. ***** ****, the Service Technician that checked out and serviced our furnace and on-demand water heater was thorough and informative. He provided me with caring service and a wealth of information about the health and condition of my equipment, including photos that supported his work and analysis.
    Reliability and Caring. While other organizations claim and pretend, Peter Inch & Associates Delivers!
