    Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They have been looking after our heating, a.c. and fireplace for more than 30 years (first as *** Inch and sons) and we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

    On May 10th of this year, I purchased a Heat Pump and Furnace from Peter Inch & Associates and could not be happier. From my favourite technician Craig patiently explaining to me that he could not guarantee that my 18 year old air conditioner would make it through another season, to the salesman Dean explaining to me all my options from the cheapest to the most expensive unit. The installation was near perfect. All the technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Peter Inch & Associates. In my opinion, it was a 5 Star experience and my house has never felt so comfortable.

    Brandon **** visited today to put in a new AIR FITER system on our furnace. He explained the operation of the filter, demonstrated how to change the filter and had me practice so that I felt comfortable with it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable as are all the Inch HVAC technicians. It is a pleasure to work with this group.

    From the initial contact with ****** ***** in arranging for *** **** to come and assess why our 11 years-used A/C was not working and who supplied us with honest advice to consider, to ***** ******* coming to give us an estimate on a ******r 2 staged heat, variable speed gas furnace w/******r 18 **** Cold Climate Heat Pump estimate, we felt that we were treated with respect and were given honest, reliable advice. Deciding to invest in a set up that would increase our comfort while also being better for the environment, as well as adding to the value of our home, ******* ****, *****, and **** over a period of 2 days installed our new system. These gentlemen were thorough and went above and beyond what others might deem necessary to install our new equipment. There were many details that we could see ourselves that were done in a superior way to the original equipment that was initially installed in our home. Things that we could not see that were of added value and were performed by *******, ***** and **** were also explained. Runners were laid in our home to protect our flooring in the removal of the old and installation of the new and improved home comfort system! Everyone was down to earth, honest, and earnest in their effort to make sure all was done to exacting standards. The pride taken in their work was obvious and we are confident in our choice of having Peter Inch & Associates look after such a major investment. Friendly, with a sense of humour, each person we interacted with provided an overall experience of peace of mind at a stressful time. Helping us navigate the Rebate process was a bonus that was not expected. Being overwhelmed by the whole prospect of having to possibly replace our system and deal with trying to get a Rebate to help with the expense, ***** gave us the information/contacts needed to make it easier. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter Inch & Associates for any/all of your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

    The technicians showed up on time to install our new furnace, they stayed until we had heat for overnight and finished the next day. They were very thorough and very pleasant to talk to and get our questions answered. I would recommend them to anyone. When they were done, ******* *******, showed us how to use the thermostat and the furnace settings. We are very pleased with Peter Inch & Associates
