  Our family has been enjoying our LCB renovation for the last 6 months. Overall, I am highly satisfied with their workmanship and the results achieved. I believe they deserve a five-star rating for their craftsmanship, customer service, and commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product. The team at LCB exhibited a commendable level of professionalism throughout the project. They were reliable and maintained clear lines of communication. The initial consultation with Jay was informative. He listened attentively to our vision, providing valuable suggestions and insights. Brittany made sure we were comfortable with every decision, answered all our questions, and patiently adjusted our quote several times as we made design changes to suit our taste and budget. The craftsmanship displayed by the team was of a high standard. All of the contractors on the team were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our living space. The attention to detail in their work was evident, particularly in the dry-walling, bathroom tiling, and finishing touches. The completed basement looks fantastic; our family is delighted with the overall aesthetics and functionality. Despite a minor delay in the completion of the project, the value for money offered by London Custom Basements is commendable. The pricing was fair and competitive, considering the quality of materials used and the craftsmanship demonstrated. The quote was extremely thorough and the final price we paid matched up to what we were expecting. The investment made in their services was worth it, as we now have a beautifully renovated basement that adds significant value to our home.   From start to finish LCB did quality workmanship with efficiency and professionalism. The basement was completed as planned. Jay and Brittany were a pleasure to work with for selecting the materials and colors and always keeping on top of all the details for the each part in the process. It all came together so lovely. We are so happy to enjoy our new recreation room cinema., new washroom and bedroom. Thank you for a great basement renovation.

  We had LCB do our basement a couple of years ago, are were extremely happy with the result. When we decided to redo our bathrooms this year, we immediately called LCB, and were blown away with the results. Ours bathrooms look and feel like a spa, we still can’t believe that this is our bathroom, it’s that beautiful! ***, ********, and the LCB team are fabulous to work with. They were in constant communication with us throughout both projects, managed our expectations, and took the time to answer any of our questions. The trades are professional, conscientious, and make sure that we were happy with the final result. What I like most about ***, ********, and the entire LCB team is they are open, honest, and trustworthy. They Say What They Mean, Mean What They Say, and Do What They Said They We’re Going To Do, those are qualities that are important to me when selecting a contractor.
