- If any defect due to workmanship arises within 12 months of project completion, London Custom Basements and More will repair the defect at no cost to the owner. Issues arising from workmanship or defective materials that are covered by our Guarantee of Workmanship do not include normal wear and tear, routine maintenance or damage resulting from natural disasters.
London Custom Basements and More is not responsible for materials that fail or are otherwise defective due to manufacturing defect that could not reasonably be known at the time of installation. For materials that carry a manufacturer's warranty, the Owner is directed to submit any claims through the respective manufacturer.
