Had basement windows replaced. The team ****** and ****** were great. The windows looked amazing and they had explained to me how they worked and how to clean them. I would recommend centennial windows to everyone. All work was completed well from installation to trimming them! Great job guys!! Thank you so much!’

We live in a 150 year old home and over the past 10 plus years have been replacing the 19 original windows. Yesterday was the third visit when we had the final 7 windows installed by CENTENNIAL WINDOWS & DOORS. The installers, Mat and Jeremy, arrived at the scheduled time, and had the work completed sooner then we expected. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job - including a good clean up and were even thoughtful enough to tie back a climbing rose which had come away from the house. (we didn't notice that until today - thanks guys, much appreciated). So thank you CENTENNIAL, Mat and Jeremy and Frank the Sales Consultant for a job well done. **** * ****Centennial Windows & Doors

We had 3 windows and 2 doors (patio and French) installed over 2 days last week by Colin and Taylor. They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were friendly and professional and the work was completed well within the time scheduled. They demonstrated the operation of the sliders for cleaning and the locking mechanisms on our doors and patiently observed my trials to ensure that I was confident to operate on my own. The doors and windows look great including the framing both inside and out. I would recommend Centennial and would definitely have them back!Review fromArvo R

We've been looking to replace 18 windows and 1 sliding door and requested a quote from Centennial Windows and Doors as well as 3 other comparable companies. The sale rep was here quickly and was pleasant and reasonably knowledgeable. While their product seemed to be high quality, the quote came in twice as high as our other quotes and there was zero detail regarding the work. The other quotes were all detailed by window and door. We decided to go with one of their competitors and let our sales rep know as a courtesy along with our rationale about twice the cost of others. When she escalated our feedback to her management team, their response was (a) there are no comparable windows from another window company and (b) their offered to supply us with their builder grade windows which are not Energy Star rated instead for the 1/2 quote cost. * ****** ****** ********* **** ******* **** *** ******** ***** ********** ***** ********* *** ********* ** ********Centennial Windows & Doors

We’re sorry we couldn’t help with your recent project. We don’t have what’s referred to as a builder’s grade window but do offer a line of windows similar to our retail version. This line is normally reserved for new home construction and additions but could be used for replacing existing windows. There are slight differences between the window lines, most importantly the length of the warranty, and because of that the price point is less expensive. Had a consultation scheduled and waited for 1 hour past A NO SHOW. I sent an email to them saying no one showed up no courtesy call saying.late. I get a call almost 2 hours later saying the consultant decided he was not going to come did I want to reschedule. Ummmm A Big Fat Noooo. Let me start with this statement from Centennial windows and doors website. Our state-of-the art manufacturing facilities are located in London, ON, and combine the latest technological advancements with precise, hands-on attention to detail. Before your products leave our facility, they’re double checked by hand to ensure that they are free from defects and match the specifications of your individual order. This is obviously incorrect. I purchased some windows and a front and back door back in 2018. As of today I have had 3 new back doors due to defective manufacturing. Back in April 2023 an installation tech came to renew a rubber on the bottom of my front door. I asked him to inspect the door on the back of the house. He was shocked. The tech took pictures and submitted them to Centennial. A new door of a different colour was requested. At the end of October I called Centennial to try and find out why my new door was so delayed. After being passed around from dept to dept I finally spoke with someone. The lady informed me that she would get back to me in a few days as she had to do some research on the matter. IT IS NOW NEARLY THE END OF THE YEAR CENTENNIAL. No return call, again. So, buy one door and get 3 free appears to be correct but you have to put up with the bad manufacturing though. ***** *** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** ****. If I ever get my new door it will obviously be the FOURTH door. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Centennial Windows & Doors

Had a door and window installed today by Henry and Nick two great guys excellent job very professional and super nice guys.Also like to thank Frank the sales rep because we wanted to get a screen door but he said trust me you do not want to cover up a nice door with a screen door and if you decide you still want a screen door you can get one after.Glad we took his advice because after seeing the door there is no way I would put a screen door over it.Centennial Windows & Doors

Extremely disappointed. Had a front door installed. The door handle never worked properly. Someone came and advised the door was cut wrong and a new door would have to be ordered. It has now been two months with two cancelled service appointments and now being told we will have to wait another month. Extremely disappointed in this service, despite having contacted several people, no one seems to care and just keep saying they will get back to me. Wishing they could just take the door back and I could go elsewhere.
