  Prebooked lawn aeration in November 2023, double billed which took many emails and unanswered phone messages to finally get a credit ($90.00).May 4, 2024 - they showed up unannounced to do the work. I was not home so had no chance to mark the underground sprinkler heads. No idea if they are damaged as the system is not yet turned on.The ***************** did a good job but damaged the downspout which I will now have to replace. I would not recommend using this company as their customer service is desperately lacking.Never again.

  Company provides no paperwork They take your money in advance, then you hope they do what you paid for. If they dont then kiss your $$ goodbye. Said theyd aerate and power rake , paid for both, only aerated and said thats it. Been trying to get some of my money back for 3 weeks without any luck. No invoice is a scam company usually

  Very very poor service not what they say .I would not ever again to do any work . I believe that this company is a fraud. They tend to pressure you to do the work but they do not fulfill their work. I would not recommend them to the whole of Canada. I suggest that people read their reviews. I have called them several times with no answer. We paid them with a cheque and it was a lot of money. I talked to their representative in ****** and he referred me back to the head office .I called there after I talked to *************** and their number is no longer in service. We need help to recover our money.

  Pressure sales door to door and not even from my city. Tried to call Canadian Property Stars in ****** ** and zero reply. A van drops 2 guys with 2 lawn machines off on my street and they go from house to house to pressure sell their labour. Beware of this ! If I want your business I'll call you, don't come knocking on my door like ****

  Prepaid in the winter to have my lawn aerated- they did the front one spring day and not the back and haven't replied to emails regarding the half done job. I have used them in other years successfully but they've just lost a customer. If a returning customer doesn't get good customer service, I don't know how they expect to stay in business.

  This company has some of the worst customer service around. They say they will be at your home and then never show up. I called the office to find out why they did not come when they said they would. The office has no idea how long each job will take plus no contingency to notify the customers when they will not be arriving. The management is not good at schedule maintenance nor an awareness of customer service. Needless to say, they never showed up even after two calls to the office. Very unprofessional and not customer focused.

  I was under 18 and they had me working more than 10 hours a day for less than minimum wage they also take away the $120 daily minimum without warning after after like 3 days.

  **************** people at ******************** are quick to say, We give 100 per cent customer satisfaction but I tried three times to get someone to look at my driveway repair, even though I said it was only a rough spot that needed smoothening out. They obviously find it easier to give you a sales line than actually do anything.

  I worked here for two day and I worked 10 hard hours and never got paid over minimum wage once. I called to get paid for the last day I worked there and they never acknowledged my email nothing horrible business. On my second day of the job they dropped me off all by myself (by the way I am under 18) and they left me there with a cart app by myself!!!!
