  I have no concerns with the service received, however I would caution other users about a missed payment claim.I received a phone call, 6 months after a service was performed and paid for, stating that I have not paid for the service provided. This was followed up with an email request for payment. I found my payment receipt for payment I made the day after the service was performed. When I brought this to the company's attention, I was asked to disregard the invoice. If I was not diligent, I would have paid for the service twice. How is anyone supposed to recall a missed payment 6 months after the fact?

  The driving sealing was not done thoroughly and there were issues regarding the workers. After 4 attempts to make contact and explain the problem (online request with head office, 2 phone calls, and an email), I am still waiting for a response. There is no direct way to speak to a manager (according to the phone agents I spoke to) in this organization and this leaves me very skeptical about the accountability and professionalism of this company.

  Having read a number of negative reviews, I wish to add another. Stupidly, I prepaid for services for the lawn rejuvenation package. The work was never completed within the time frame. I gave the company a month's ***** and then attempted to communicate with them, to no avail, experiencing all of the problems mentioned in other reviews. After many e-mails and phone messages unanswered, I finally did receive a call and was told there was an employee shortage and my money would be reimbursed with a cheque in the mail. Mere spin! I would say that this company is nothing but a scam for fast sales, smooth talkers and no attempt to have any customer care or concerns.

  READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ! Someone from *** was doing walk **** soliciting aeration services. We accepted. The reps ******* offered to do driveway sealing at a discounted rate. We were promised the driveway would be done by May 30th. Here we are into July and it's been nothing but game playing and poor to no responsiveness. I asked for a refund on the prepaid driveway sealer on May 18 after discovering that the cost to do our single lane, 2 car driveway should be $180 + $40 to do the cracks, and they originally quoted $320. Secondly, I had questioned the rep about the lower price on the pre-printed paperwork with pricing options and the *** rep that solicited the business from us said her ******* had told her that they had old paperwork with old pricing. Usually I would sniff out scams but I went with her story. It was not until I went on the *** website to double check the price that I learned I was being duped. I have proof of emails, call logs from myself, fake promises that I would get my refund by a certain date. They claimed to have called multiple times and there was 1 call in my call history from ****** (*** ********). She didn't bother leaving a message. I want my money back; I made this clear numerous times. Game players. Shysters. Take your business elsewhere. Should you be looking for lawn care, trust Weed Man for white glove and outstanding service. I am so disappointed.

  I wish I could give zero stars. This company has the worst customer service. Repeated attempts to get them to complete the work on a pricey lawn rejuvenation package + Chafer Beetle grub treatment have gone unanswered. It almost borders on fraud but really just seems there is no interest in responding to customer issues at all. I've learned a valuable ****** and really hope that this review (as others I should have read first) stop you from wasting your money and causing you stress. Now I need to go see if it's still possible to get the grub nematodes this year and do the job myself. If not, I can expect my lawn to be a total mess again this fall. Grrr!

  They came and knocked at our door around April to do the remuneration renaissance package (aeration, power racking, power seeding etc) of our lawn. We paid ****** . They showed up once to do the aerations. We ended up having to help the poor guy to bring is aeration machine down the staircases cause he was alone. The company said to him they would send him help if he found 10 more neightbors to do the aeration that night. So we did help him cause he didn't find any other customer. Since then they never showed up to do the other treatments and we have tried numerous time calling without any responses. We have sent emails and they never reply back. We want our money back. Also now our lawn is full of weeds and too late in the season to take care of it.

  On ApriI 3, 2024 I was asked to prepay ****** for a lawn rejuvenation. It is now June 6 and no one showed up to complete the project, essentially wasting the year as it is now too late to reseed. No apology was forthcoming and the company wont even give me a refund

  The fellows that showed up intitially were very friendly, showed me the Agreement, and worked very hard 'that day'. I paid for Lawn Refuvenation; however, they have never shown up to complete the Agreement. I have called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message. I have emailed numerous times, with no response. I will be sharing this experience with many of my friends, in hopes that no one else throws their money away with this company.

  I prepaid for my lawn aeration in February and this spring they never showed up. I have phoned twice and have sent 5 email and so far no answer. I will not deal with this business again.
