    My experience with Norden Seal and regional manager Nazif has been extremely disappointing. Expressing my intention to use the Greener Homes Grant and Loan to pay the cost of the entire project, Nazif assured me of his expertise in dealing with such cases. We agreed on windows and a sliding door with the necessary energy rating for the grant, but he claimed that the two newer fiberglass doors which he highly suggested over metal doors would cost Norden Seal $******* for energy rating numbers. He assured me they'd compensate for the missing grant with a discount, and that I would still receive the full loan without them. On the day of the windows/doors installation, they installed the wrong front door, necessitating a return visit. Norden Seal repeatedly demanded full payment for unfinished work and it was contrary to our agreement to wait for the Greener Homes loan to pay the contract. Nazif said if I don't pay right away that Norden Seal would take the money from him. They suggested using their financial institution for a temporary loan, which I reluctantly accepted giving me three month interest free ending in December. I've discovered that the Greener Homes loan won't cover doors without energy ratings, leaving me with a $***** expense. Despite Nazif's assurance a month ago that he would find the energy numbers, he's unresponsive, and Norden Seal simply apologizes & are unable to do anything. The lack of transparency and failure to fulfill commitments have left me deeply unsatisfied with Norden Seal's service.

    I really enjoyed working with the Norden Seal company. We replaced 6 windows and all interactions with every single person in the company left only positive impressions. Parviz explained everything really well. Lilya assisted every single step and was polite and pleasant. Oleg is a highly professional person who made precise measurements and navigated hos team during the installation. We really like the quality of windows and the service provided!

    As a retired owner of a renovation company, I know how important it is to pay attention to detail. I'm happy to say I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Norden Seal Windows. Parviz is an excellent Sales Representative and the written quote he gave me was extremely detailed in comparison to the other quotes I received. It clearly outlined what would be provided and how much it would cost. A visit to their showroom confirmed we would be receiving a superior product from a knowledgeable company.     Installation was not done proper and now water damage is occurring and the company refuses to take ownership of the problem and state it is done correctly. Large gaps and water continues to come in. When asked to speak to a higher person in charge company refused, even after they were provided photo proof.
