    I recently got new windows from Norden Seal Windows and I'm super happy with them! The windows are awesome - they look great, and I can already tell they're saving me money on energy bills. Parviz was really nice and helpful during the appointment. He listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice without pressuring me into anything. The girls at the office were super helpful and made the whole process smooth sailing. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was in order before the installation. Speaking of installation, the team that came to my house was top-notch. Oleg and the team were punctual, they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. What impressed me the most was their skill and expertise – they knew exactly what they were doing, and it showed in the final result. * ********** ********* *** **** ** *** **** *** ******** They've been fantastic from start to finish, and I'm really happy with the results.     We had our patio door installed. First it got installed with damages and when I complaint, they kept pushing and pushing to come back and fix. ** * **** * ******** ******* *** **** ***** ** * ****** *** ******* **** **** *** *** *****. * *** **** they come and fixed the door. But then I noticed that the doors are installed wrong where the glass on the two doors are not levelled. They promised us that they will come back and fix once they check with the production team. It's been a few months and a few emails and phone calls have been ignored. Disgusted with their service.

    Norden Seal was great to work with. They were always quick to respond with any questions we had before installation and installed our windows earlier than anticipated. Oleg and crew were quick with installation and their work areas were left clean upon completion. ***** ****** ********* **** *******

    This company is top-notch. We had them do our new large front door. From Parvis, who comes to the home and helps with decision-making,Lillian who is great with communication and eager to please. The installers lead by Olec we’re incredible. They did the job two hours and were respectful and very tidy. * ****** ********* **** ******* *** ******* *** ******

    Ordered 2 screen doors to be install in December and now 23 of February 2024 ,can't get a straight answer as to when they will be coming to install them. Won't let me talk to the manager and the salesman isn't returning my call

    The Norden Seal staff in the Winnipeg office were Very Helpful to me. I visited a few times and discussed with the staff to get my project correct. Liliia was very pleasant and patient with me considering I had many questions, especially because I was using the Canada Greener Homes Initiative. Shane, the Foreman did a great job along with Tyler and Jamie. I asked Shane questions a few times while he was working and he did NOT get annoyed with me. Something else that impressed me about Shane, he was very good at explaining procedures with his assistants when they asked him a question. To me this proved that they weren't doing the instalations "Any Old Way". They were also very thorough with clean up - Inside and Outside. My sincere Thanks to all the Caring staff at Norden Seal in Winnipeg
