We just have our 1st inspection of our new Lennox furnace that was installed in December 2021. The furnace technician (Shaun) that conducted the inspection very knowledgeable & informative. When Shaun looked after the furnace he confirmed to me that the furnace was set in the factory single stage setting when it should have been set up in the 2 stage setting. Shaun made the necessary change & now the furnace is working properly as a 2 stage furnace. This is very upsetting considering we paid $****** for the new furnace & water tank. We have been operating the furnace for over a year in the single stage setting which has made the furnace operate inefficiently. Very unprofessional & I would like a refund for this service call.Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning

Ron the service technician arrived as promised and serviced the furnace very quickly and explained what he had done and some of the problems encountered and recommended some action for the future which I appreciated. We are quite impressed with our serviceman ( Shaun S.) With Furnasman's monthly plan, there is no need to worry about your furnace and air conditioner . The company calls you to remind you to make your appointment and it gets done automatically in the Spring and Fall. It is worth it to be comfortable year round. Thank you.
