Jeff came over to fix my furnace inducer motor malfunctioned. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Jeff was professional. Courteous and efficient. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with expertise, and explained the problem in a way was easy to understand. At the end he made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. We had an air conditioning unit installed in 2024 by Furnasman, John was our sales representative that closed the deal. ** **** ** *** ************ ** *** * ***** *** at the time we had respect for furnasman and hoped to maintain a loyalty toward the company. The original written invoice did state a total owing of $******* however two weeks ago I had asked them to resend me a copy of the invoice *** ********* ** *** * ********** ******** The invoice I received two weeks ago stated we only owed $******* with tax already included in the total, and the financing fee was written as expensed, meaning it was not charged to us, thus the $******* should be the correct total. I only discovered this when contacting ********* and learning that the owed amount was higher than the amount on this recent invoice. So I contacted John, and he is denying everything, stating that I was sent the wrong document (despite the invoice number matching the original, and all the information being present, the only difference being the total), and he will not honor this amount. ** ** **** ** ********** ********** *** ***** **** ** ******* ******** **** ***** *** *** *** *** *********** The amount that should be paid is the amount provided on the most recent documentation, if it was an error it should never have been sent to me and they had over 6 months to correct it. * ***** *** ********* **** ******* *** * ***** ****** ** **** **** ** ***** ****** ***** *** **** *********Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning

Rebecca and John met on July 22, 2024. When we present product, there are good, better, best options to choose from and Jessica choose a better AC. which is **** plus tax = ******** She certainly was not overcharged. This unit comes with a lot of guarantees and a great warranty. At the table, Jessica and John went through the sales receipt/contract and it was signed for for 8836.80. We have copies of this which we left with her and resent again. They also completed financing through ********* for the same and amount and that also was signed for by the client. A copy of the contract which was singed by both parties was left with Jessica (Pink copy). The Financing paperwork was emailed directly to client from ********** Everything on on end was done correctly. It wasn't until this week, that we heard back from Jessica. I'm assuming she misplaced her contract and lost the emails from ********* so it sounds like she reached out to our corporate office for another copy of her invoice. This is where the confusion began. The wrong invoice was sent to Jessica. We have an internal document that shows the finance fee that we have to pay the financing company. It's a significant charge that we pay in order to offer financing to our clients and that was the incorrect invoice that was sent by somebody from our corporate office. When Jessica called John, this was all explained to her and John and he resent her the original signed contract that he provided to her at the time of the purchase. She wasn't pleased with his response, so reached out to me. I also explained what had happened and that the original amount that she signed for at the table was the correct amount owing. On December 28, 2024 a sales representative came at 1:00 p.m. to give us an estimate for a replacement furnace as the furnace was not working. He told us that because of the postal strike we would have to mail an application for a MB Hydro loan and it would probably take over a week but they had financing with their company. This is not true. You can fax MB Hydro and have a reply within 24-48 hours. The previous furnace was installed by Furnaceman in 2014 and it was not well done. The ducts were just jammed in together and not screwed or taped together. It was a $**** job back in 2014. We had a very unpleasant experience with John **** of Furnasman Heating & Air Conditioning who came to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly pushy * **** *** ****** ******** ***** *******. Despite our repeated requests for more information and that we preferred to carefully review a quote, as we were very interested in the product, he persisted in his aggressive sales tactics, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. When we attempted to close the conversation, he became rude and condescending questioning our decision to evaluate a quote, he then refused to provide a written quote a** ****** *** ** *********** ****** *** **** ** **** **** ** ******** * ***** ***** **** ****** This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when we reached out to this company for a quote - courtesy and respect should be paramount. After the service was done by furnasman. My heat stops working. Technician said there is something fault in the wiring harness, but it was working completely fine before and this service was done on Saturday and he was supposed to get back to me on Monday. Then I called Office that hey I was supposed to get a call back from you guys regarding the breakdown of my heat and she said we have to send another technician and we will be charged like *** Something Dispatch fee. I said My furnace is already been seen by a technician. She said I would call you back regarding that but since then no call back it’s like three days now.Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning
