    I have been waiting since August 2nd for a basic background check. They are in possession of a payment, my driver's license, and other personal information. I sent an email on Aug 13th asking where my check was. No reply. I feel like I have been scammed.

    Did everything to get my CRC done. Very expensive, but needed a check done quickly. I received an error message when I clicked to get the actual results, but they took my money. Seems like a scan. They haven't responded to my requests.

    It was a very quick service, which was wonderful. It should have clicked in my head though when I was checking what you could use this document for. I am unable to use it for any of things that I was hoping to. Not sure what place actually accepts this document. Maybe that could be listed on the website. For people looking to use this service, make sure that you look into what is needed to be stated on the document before purchasing it. I unfortunately just wasted 65 dollars for something that's nice to know but can't use it for anything.

    My mother has requested the police records using “my crc solution” and she got it very quickly. This is also an option to get police records effectively.
