    Took my payment, never received the record check. DO NOT use this service, it is a complete scam.

    **** ******* ***** ******* I paid for a service that wasn't delivered. I provided all requested information after seeing it was an accredited BBB company, thinking it was legit. My report came back stating the information provided was inconclusive therefore I should go to my nearest RCMP detachment and have my fingerprints checked. I knew this was an option but paid for this service so I didn't have to waste my time or the RCMP detachment time, but I was fooled. After reading all the reviews( after I paid for this service) I knew I got taken for a ride. I'm not getting my money back, but if it saves one person from giving these crooks their money, I feel accomplished. Learn from my mistakes. As for the BBB, how is this service even allowed to be accredited under your name? Definitely gives me reservations about trusting anything accredited by the BBB as well. So very disappointed in so many ways.

    Not realizing that MyCRC is a 3rd party for a background check (my fault for not being diligent), I input all my personal information and took my picture. When I arrived at the credit card payment section, I just became aware that it is a 3rd party background check company. Feeling not safe using the service, I wanted and tried to delete my personal information which I provided but was not successful. So I now worry that my personal information will be used for future fraud. The reason for writing this review is to get a reply from MyCRC assuring me that all customers' personal information in their data base will not be used for something else in the future and will be deleted. Hope to get the reply.

    They are scammers, beware. They took my money and never sent me what I was paid for. They keep tossing me around and never answer my call. Work with them at your own risk.

    This is a scam. The search came back inconclusive. And the kept the 70$ fee. The customer service representative was of no use. This is absolute theft. Do not use this company.

    This is a scam - They take your money claiming to be the source to get a criminal history record check and do not provide you with this service. They need to be charged. How can these "businesses"/scams exist and not be shut down?

    No stars are deserved. Absolute scam. I can't believe this is being marketed as a legitimate business. Lesson learned. They have paid to have their adds promoted as an RCMP official check, but it's not. It's useless in any professional setting and costs more than an official one. I'm embarrassed I fell for it, but I'm hoping my review **** *** ****** ** ***** ******** ******** will spare someone else and deter them from contributing to such a pathetic business model.

    Very inefficient. Said they sent the CRC but didn't. I confirmed that I had paid by credit card. They said to check spam folder. Of course I checked that! My international student comes in a week and I need that piece of paper or I am sure they will cancel the hosting experience (which means a loss of about $1000 to me!!) I would go elsewhere. I feel very frustrated and have been given the run around for sure.
