      I would leave a zero! They are awful especially Kobe the so called amateur at the ******* ****** ******* ***** location. We ordered six suits for a wedding in March for a July wedding and my son suit just came last week and only because we had called last month asking where it was they said it was on hold for no particular reason only to find out it was the suit lining they were waiting on but even then we got no communication from the store saying that that was the hold up so we could have change the liner if that were the case. The suit arrive last week and it does not fit. I called the store for options and they told me I needed to go online to make an appointment to get a final look. The appointments went well into July so I took it to a different Indochino ** ****. The tailor at that location said whoever took measurements of the suit did it wrong and they could not make alterations on it it was made so terribly. I took it to two more independent Tailors who both said the same thing they could not make alterations on it. We then drove ** ******* ****** ******* ***** where we had ordered the suit and ask for a refund. The manager Kobe laughed at us and said they don’t do refunds. They also could not remake the suit because the fabric is out of stock. He offered no resolution *** *** * ***** ** *** **** *** ****** ***** This is completely unacceptable. They had no problem taking our money for a suit that is not even able to be worn and no offer to help. When I asked for the number to corporate he said there was not one and when I asked for the address he gave it to me and said he did not know what I was going to do with that. How is a person like this able to be working assisting customers *** *** ** * ******* ******* ** *** **** **** ***********

      Horrible customer service. There was no communication from this company regarding the DISCONTINUATION of a fabric for a wedding. They knew this information since Mid May and did not communicate that with me until I went into the store to ask for my order. Going forward I advise that you do not purchase any suits/products from this company
