Booked an appointment and when showed up to the showroom at the mall the store was closed and lights off. Contacted customer service and was completely blown off saying there was nothing they could do. I asked to have a supervisor follow up with me. Instead I received an email back from the same customer service rep stating there was a "confusion" and I can rebook an appointment. I'm glad I found out about their incompetent store and service management prior to having my entire group of groomsmen use them for their suits. I recently placed an order with Indochino where they canceled my order due to my size, despite not having measurements within the last 16 months. The measurements taken 16 months ago were inaccurate, and I was able to find a local business to remeasure me and produce a tuxedo for my wedding. Their representative called me cancelling the order, and repeatedly told me it is ** of my size profile. To which I repeatedly said they don't have accurate measurements and if they allow me to come in for my appointment, they will see that. They kept repeating that they can't fit the order, refusing to acknowledge what I was saying. I asked to escalate to a manager and was refused multiple times. I have been awaiting a call back for quite a while. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service from a company I have supported multiple times.Review fromHailey F

My experience with Indochino has been extremely disappointing. Despite two remakes, my custom suit still doesn't fit properly, and I'm now left without suitable attire for an upcoming wedding that I am in. The hefty price tag doesn't align with the persistent issues in tailoring. The first employee assured me they tailor in-house, but my suit, which came from *****, was incredibly oversized. I hoped they could rectify it locally. During the final fitting, I learned that the entire suit had to be remade because the specific tailoring needed wasn't done in-house. Shockingly, the initial employee forgot to save my measurements, resulting in an untailored suit sent from *****. When I suggested tailoring the pants locally and making a new jacket, I was told it wasn't possible due to potential color discrepancies. The employee also claimed it was cheaper for them to remake the entire suit, highlighting a significant discrepancy in the material and labor costs versus the overall price of the suit. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the value provided by Indochino. I would strongly caution others against choosing them for their custom suit needs. It would be more advantageous to find an in-house custom suit designer that has more control over the process. Might cost a little more, but would be worth it.Review fromHaki F

I regretfully share my recent disillusionment with Indochino, a brand I've faithfully supported for six years. I purchased five suits during this time, but my latest encounters have compelled me to raise concerns about their quality and business ethics, specifically relating to the construction of their garments.Among the suits I've acquired, three have deeply disappointed me because of their craftsmanship. Notably, the suit jackets featured unsightly bubbles, indicative of a fused ************* rather than the superior hand-stitched approach that lends ***** and structure to well-crafted suits.This ***** contrast to Indochino's acclaimed quality and attention to detail leaves me disheartened. When I reached out to their customer support on August 9th, 2023, the response was disconcertingly dismissive. While acknowledging their use of fused canvases, they deflected blame on dry cleaners for the issues, evading responsibility.To exacerbate matters, they refused resolution, citing expired claim dates. Such a lack of customer-centricity is dismaying and runs counter to their brand image.In conclusion, Indochino's questionable practices and subpar craftsmanship have eroded my loyalty. Very bad experience, they will not get your suit right. Not the first time, nor the second. The in store "tailors" do not know what they are doing and they will try to gaslight you as a pose to trying to make to right. I will share my full experience.I went to the store in Manhattan (you would think at least this store would be functional) and was fit for a three piece suite. When the suit arrived, it seemed like the whole thing was 2 sizes to small everywhere. The whole thing just felt off. The biggest red flag for me was that the sleeve opening were so small that i could not get a cufflink shirt through the opening!When I went back to the store and showed my suit to two employees, and showed them the sleeve opening. At first I was told "That is how a suit should fit, when you wear cufflinks, the cuff will never be able to fit through the sleeve opening". That response blew me away. Instead of addressing that the suit was just made incorrectly, they took it in to tailor it and add a few cm to the sleeve. If a tailor could fix it, it would require inches, not cm's which obviously cannot be added to the sleeve opening of a suit without re-doing the whole suit.Review fromDeborah W

My son purchased a suit in early december, The pants and jacket came in and the 1st of the pants were hemmed too short and when they went to rehab them they took off too much. So they had to reorder the pants the jacket itself was too tight underneath the arms they retook the whole thing apart and tried to put it. Back together still does not look good ,2 months later. They are sending the back and reordering a new one. ***** to order a new suit you because he needed it for work. There was no recourse with this company no way to get in touch no compensation, of any kind For any loss nothing they ****. STAY AWAY.Review fromMichelle R

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My Fiancé purchased a custom suit from their store for our wedding. The suit was purchased on the same day that their Black Friday promotion was live - Nov 11th. Immediately after he purchased the suit he looked online and saw the suit was $200CAD less than he was charged. We screen shotted the promotion on the same day and sent it to their store and was refused any price adjustment. He requested the suit be cancelled however they said it was in production and would not allow him to do so. You would think after shelling out $700CAD on a suit you would receive some level of customer service. They were cold and rude throughout the entire process and completely ignored attempts to resolve the matter with them directly. Further, in response to him writing a review on ****** to this effect the store responded saying their promotion was not active on November 11th which is completely untrue. I have the screen shot from November 11th of the live promotion on the day of his purchase. I'd like to note he was unable to reach the store directly until Nov 13th (he told the staff this). They have been extremely difficult and very rude. It is completely unreasonable that when you prove that the suit was on the same day of purchase on sale and the staff failed to honor that sale price. They lack attention to detail and refuse to honor their own promotions.Review fromNeil H

At Greenwich store -ordered three custom shirts. One for my wedding 2 fit perfectly but the French cuff shirt needed alterations They said it was no charge which is normal for custom clothes Turns out the charge is $50 plus dollars -I have to pay it and then get reimbursed on my credit card which takes 7-10 days. I might not have ordered the shirts knowing that info which was not disclosed until after the shirt needed alterations.Review fromKyle R

I have always had a good experience with this company, but that ended this May (2022). I ordered two suits from Indochino on May 18, 2022, and they shipped out on June 01, 2022. It is now August 3, 2022, and there is no sign of my suits. I have filed multiple tickets with Indochino, I have spoken with their shipping team, and they tell me to wait. It has been over 12 weeks since I made my order, and I have requested to cancel it multiple times, but the company ignores me and refuses to issue a refund. At this point, I have paid Indochino $1,600 CAD, and they have not given me anything in return. I just want my money back so I can purchase products elsewhere. I would advise that no one use this company for their suit needs. You may think you can purchase something 3 months in advance because that is plenty of time to receive your products. That would be a mistake. My next step is to begin legal action, which is insane. Their customer service team should be able to handle a simple matter such as this, but they have completely ignored me or brushed me off. I followed the measurement tutorial online with my wife and got took my measurements. I then went to my tailor and had them double check my measurements and everything was correct. On 4/9 I purchased a suit online And it was delivered to my house on 4/29. The fit was terrible - it fit as though it was made for someone who weighed an extra 70 lbs and was 5” taller. I tried to reach out to INDOCHINO by phone and was told a district manager would call me back, which they never did. I call and email again to say that if I do not get a response from them I will dispute with ****, again no response. Finally I dispute with **** and about a week later I finally get an email from INDOCHINO to send photos (strange that it took the **** dispute to get a response). The next day I send 19 photos. After taking the hour to do this I get an email that states that I need to close the dispute with **** for INDOCHINO to review the photos. I give them the benefit of the doubt and close it and let INDOCHINO know it’s closed with a photo confirmation on 6/8. Since then I have followed up on 6/17, 6/21, and 6/30 and have not heard back from them. This is absolutely appalling and reconfirms my thoughts that they have no intention to make things right. I missed the date I needed the suit for and had to buy another suit elsewhere. At this point frustration is an understatement and I feel like they have no accountability to customer service or a moral code to their customers.
