Great customer service, delivery was perfect, the guys were punctual and polite. No issues at all throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery to setting up. Will recommend this company in future.

A very professional company-The Sales Rep was very informative and knowledgeable. The delivery was quick with two men setting up the bed and installing the mattress cover. The warranty is 10 years-twice their competitor. A very comfortable transactionWR Mattress Gallery

We at **************** needed a new bed after eighteen years in our Guest Suite, so we shopped around and found the best price at WR Mattress Gallery. After discussing with ****** all our concern, she was very helpful. The fact that is was made in Surrey was number one in our minds, the guarantee, quality, product and of course the price. It arrived on the date we requested, the gentlemen that delivered it were very polite and took the old one away. We would recommend them very highly. So grateful for this ** company.In a world where customer rapport seems to have vanished, this company WR Mattress has old school value.They cared about my questions,delivery was outstanding and followup was sincere. We recently purchased two quality beds from WR Mattress Gallery. ( We returned here because 10 years ago, we had purchased beds from an earlier version of this company, and had been very pleased). The customer service is excellent, both at the Gallery store, and at delivery. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. That follow-up call, to make sure the customer is totally satisfied, is much appreciated. We are impressed that this is a family owned, local business, that has "Made in B.C." products! We went shopping for a new mattress at WR Mattress after checking out some competitors. We were met by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Ben. Ben gave us all the information we needed to make a great decision on a purchasing a new bed without being pushy at all. I also picked up a latex pillow which I am thrilled with! The delivery went very well. They took the old mattress away and set up the new one while being very quick and friendly. I also like the fact that they offer BC made products, and are a family owned local business. I highly recommend WR Mattress gallery!WR Mattress Gallery

Excellent service and beautiful ***** ******* Cabinet with Gel Mattress cabinet bed. The WR Mattress Gallery Team was extremely helpful, professional and diligent at helping me find the perfect bed for our guest area. Jaime was able to locate both long distant and local shippers/movers to deliver our bed (into our basement) from the lower mainland to northern BC during difficult winter conditions. Our grandsons tried out the bed during their holiday sleepover and said it was comfortable.
