    We ordered a deluxe cabinet bed from WR Mattress at the end of June 2022 and time was of the essence. Thank you especially to the friendly and professional Jamie as she called the manufacturer after we submitted the order and made sure we would receive it on time. It was delivered and set up more than a week early! The delivery reps set it all up and showed us the easy setup routine. Looks great and will be very comfy for our guest to use. We are so pleased with our purchase and recommend Jamie highly!

    I bought a cabinet bed sight unseen with great service over the phone. All options right down to the mattress explained to me. Delivery date as promised… no delays and delivery and set up went smoothly

    From the time I walked into the store, right through to the delivery, the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. The sales person was welcoming and respectful of my price limitations...he gave me many different options to choose from that would fit my budget. The latex mattress that I purchased is amazing (not at all what I had imagined a latex mattress to be - lol) and I'm so happy that I decided to stop a WR Mattress Gallery before purchasing at one of the big chain stores.

    We love our Queen sized “Bed in a Box” - Jaime was welcoming and fun - gave us all the information we needed and the men doing the delivery are very professional - and set everything up perfectly. Guests love the mattress - we went for the top of the line 6 inch latex and are glad we did.

    We were very satisfied with the courteous, informative and helpful sales staff. They helped make the shopping experience easy. The products, mattress, bed frame and headboard, were described in detail and a comparative analyses with other products was helpful in our decision. The delivery was as scheduled with a heads-up call about an hour before their arrival. The delivery guys were courteous and the set up of the ergomotion frame was professionally done. *** *
