  Very happy with both the service at time of sale, ****** was great, and the delivery. In addition the delivery cost to Kamloops was reasonable and the guys were very helpful and patient with me while I learned how my cabinet bed worked. ***** followed up with me and was able to solve the problem I had with remembering the steps to close.

  The people from the sales desk to delivery of my cabinet bed where very professional and helpful. Raman on the sales desk helped me select my item and then I had to change my delivery date and Raman and ***** helped with that. (My visitors came early so needed a rush delivery). ***** and ********* delivered my cabinet bed on a Friday afternoon to the ************** on the ferry. (They could not get reservations, but waited in line to meet my changed requirements). The bed was put into the room and instructions on use where given (no scratches on wall or floor) and all with a simile. The group of people I dealt with went above and beyond to supply a great product. Many thanks to them.

  We chose WR Mattress Gallery after reading customer reviews, and they proved to be an accurate measure of the service we received from knowledgeable and personable sales staff, as well as the comfort and quality of their products. Delivery of the new mattress and pickup of our old one was efficient and a much-appreciated service.   Im a repeat customer to the White rock ******************************************* , I highly recommend them.! I felt that I was a part of a family they all made me feel so comfortable and welcome! Their delivery service was exceptional. The young men went beyond their duties. They moved my old mattress for me without me asking ! They were so helpful and so polite. I highly recommend white rock mattress they give exceptional service and quality mattresses !! I love this place !

  I so appreciated the help I got to hold my items until I was able to take delivery and also was so helpful to put my delivery on a late afternoon. The fellows who did the delivery was very helpful and informed me about my purchase. I found everyone I delt with was friendly and happy to help.

  What an amazing store!We purchased new mattresses and Wow are they the best! We slept so comfortably and peacefully on our new mattress. The store staff and the delivery staff are outstanding in customer service.
