  Absolute Plumbing came out on short notice, and got to work right away. They made an initial assessment and gave me a quote, but after further investigation with a camera, they discovered it wasn’t as complicated as initially expected. The final work came in substantially under the initial quote. I sincerely appreciate their responsiveness, honesty and efficiency.

  In the morning I had a leak in the house from an outside tap. I called Absolute Plumbing whom I had never used before but came highly recommended. They were able to fit me in for an afternoon appt. I was sent a text with the picture of the owner ***** with an estimated arrival time. It was good to have the picture as I had never met *****. ***** arrived with **** and they set to work at 3:30 p.m. and found the leak behind the wall which meant cutting out the wallboard. They kept the piece and put is back in place for the wall repair needed. ***** showed me the leak and why it leaked and how they were going to fix it. I was given the cost before they started the work. When the work was done they left the work space spotless. They both wore "booties" to protect the hardware floor. I was sent an invoice with pictures of the work they had done.If I had a plumbing need again I would definitely call Absolute Plumbing. Kudos to ***** and **** for a job well done!

  ****** was able to book a appointment for me right away on a Monday morning because I had an urgent issue that need resolving. ***** and his partner arrived on time and resolved the issue with my tub faucet. They are quick, efficient and personable. I always appreciate their service.

  This company is top notch! They responded quickly to my enquiry on the phone (it was after hours) and was very helpful in assessing the necessity of coming that night. ****** and ******* were here the next morning and within 3 hours had the problem identified and repaired. They then explained to us our next in drying out the area. Although they had to cut holes in the walls and ceiling they cleaned everything up and gave us the name of a gentleman who could repair the drywall. They are now our go to people for plumbing and we will have them do our heating as well. Thank you!!
