  Henry and Mark arrived on time in the appointment time frame. I had a number of issues to be fixed, one being new and important leak from shower drain above. After confirming where the leak was coming from and the fix, Mark worked on that while Henry went over the other issues giving sound suggested fixes for each with quotes. The "one last thing" that was not on my original list was more significant than it appeared and a larger failure, and water problems was imminent. So a "can you tighten this for me" turned out to be a good catch, saving money and a more urgent call in the coming months. Henry always explained or showed why the problem occurred giving me full confidence of their fix. They worked straight through with a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. I appreciated their shoe covers and clean up. Everything was well done and pricing fair. I have another project in mind and Absolute is at the top of my list for that work.

  We have used Absolute Plumbing a few times over the years as our house is aging. Great service from the very start with the call in to the receptionist all they way through to the finished quality work from Freddy. He explains everything in detail as well! Highly recommend.
