    October 20, 2024: Raven Force attempted to deliver a package to a business on a Sunday at 9pm. Then when they were unable to deliver they marked the address as invalid.October 21, 2024: Attempted to contact Raven Force via ************* With no response. October 23, 2024: Called Raven Force and requested a callback that was not returned. Called again and waited in a queue of 20. After 30 minutes of waiting, when I got to the 8th position I was forced to leave a voicemail, which was not returned. I attempted to text and email Raven Force again without response. I'm hoping something can be done about this company? Isn't theft if they never deliver the package or return the package to the original shipper?

    This courier company has not delivered my package and can't even get a hold of them to see what is going on. Now, they have an automated AI when you call and to have someone, apparently the manager, you get a "call back", if you're lucky, within ************************************ email, apparently they don't understand how to communicate that way as well. This company should be investigated by the police as they are fronting with a shipping company for something else.

    Get cut off by their system everytime I get to the second caller. They don't call me at my callback number. They don't respond to emails.

    Ravenforce couriers are thieves and fraudulent company and needs to be shut down as soon as possible, They need to be arrested right away. they are total liars. They should not be able to keep getting away with stealing and lying.

    They lied to me when they said my package was a priority to them. They lied when they said they were trying to fix the problem of why their unprofessional delivery drivers couldn't deliver after a time I had requested to their customer service representative. Based off the many other negative reviews, I do not understand how they are still a business that bigger companies use to deliver packages when I don't even think they deliver them at all. Solve everyone's problems by shutting them down.

    It's almost a waste of my time writing a review. Similar to the other reviews, I never received my package and after multiple attempts of trying to retrieve it, they finally decided to ghost me. Not responding to anything. If it was a sweater from *************** or something like that, I would not have been as distraught. This was wedding favors that were ordered for our guests to my son's wedding. We ordered with more than enough time, however never expected this fiasco with the courier. I never received my parcel and had to figure things out at the last minute which ended up costing us 5 times what we were expecting to pay. This courier should not be able to do business in ******.

    Just like everyone else whos left complaints Id rate this company a negative 100 if I could. Its a scam. They wont respond to emails, voicemails and you certainly cant get a hold of a human. Dont use this company and dont buy from any company that uses them because youll never get your package and youll never get any resolution, youll just be out money.

    Every single time I have a package that is sent to this company, it never arrives. A total of 10 or more items over the past few months have been "missing" and never arrive. This is not a coincidence when my packages arrive perfectly with every other shipping service.

    Horrible service. Did not receive my 8 packages that were supposed to be delivered. Phoned multiple times. Either no answer or they hang up on you immediately. I have sent multiple emails. When calling you spend more then an hour waiting to talk to someone the company to answer and hang up on you.

    Raven Force Couriers is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot for the life of me understand how they are allowed to operate.
