    Raven Force is a dishonest company. Their claims of 3 attempted deliveries were false claims. Security camera recordings did not show their drivers entering my property and there were no phone calls. The company then went on to claim that I as the consignee requested an address adjustment. This too is a false claim because I did not make such a request. At the end, my package was returned to the vendor. Such bold faced lies is very telling of what this company represents.

    Terrible service. Completely incompetent. *************** that consistently fails to deliver as per contracts. **************** is non existent. Can never get ahold of anybody and can never get a response via email or phone. Do not use these guys. ****************

    I have not had one package delievered by this company without issue. They will falsify failed delivery attempts and have NO customer service. Despite being home all day and having a door camera that shows no attempt was made, they still keep your packages and dont respond to support until weeks later, if at all. This company should be shut down. They are a scam and should be sued.

    Raven Force has been known for stealing packages on multiple occasions. They do not answer calls, emails or texts. They claim addresses are invalid to avoid having to deliver the items so they can steal the package and re-sell it in hopes that the company will offer you a refund. Your packages are not safe with this company and I highly advise against using them for your business. Don't ignore the * acebook or G oogle reviews as they are very accurate. This company builds themselves on scamming you out of your money.

    I am livid .....this courier company has not delivered my package and I can't even get a hold of them to see what is going on. I have attempted numerous time to contact them via phone ...email...text message...without ***********, they have an automated AI when you call and to have someone, apparently the manager, you get a "call back"...and never did ...so I guess my package was lost ..stolen or being auctioned somewhere in the world ! Avoid this courier at all cost !

    Companies: PLEASE DON'T USE THEM This courier is appallingly bad - and that descriptor and 1 star feels profoundly generous. I've spent 10 days trying to get in contact with someone about a 'missed' delivery (I waited for the driver for 15 minutes in my lobby, mere minutes after he called me to come get it. He disappeared.). I've left requests for call backs, emails, website inquiries, a text message, and today - 3 separate 30+ min calls where once I hit 4, 2, and 2 in line, was forced to voicemail, with no option to rejoin the queue. Their BBB rating and page is no exaggeration, and I'll be adding my complaint there, as well as with the company I purchased from.

    ******** customer service. First a driver texts and states he is delivering two of my packages, he then arrives...searches his car which is loaded with packages and states he only has one of them. I get a notice they tried to deliver on a Sunday (it's a business) then a second notice, that they tried to deliver on another day after 7:00. They have been notified of the hours. I proceed to call and leave several messages (because you can only leave a message ), several texts with no response. Several emails and finally get a response that my parcel will be delivered in 1-3 business days...still no parcel. No tracking updates...nothing. So again, I phone, leave messages, text and email...no response. This company should not be in business. I plan on putting my review on every social platform if I don't get my parcel. Shopper's beware...if it states Raven Force for courier. Don't order it.

    Absolutely inept courier company. Twice they have "delivered" packages to me. They don't bother to buzz our apartment number, instead leaving it outside and taking a picture. Tonight they "delivered" a parcel at 11pm at a completely different apartment building. I believe the drivers are taking the parcels after they take a picture of their supposed delivery. How this place remains in business is beyond mind. 0 of q0 highly recommend no one ever used this horrible, poor excuse of a courier company

    This company is a joke. First they hire incompetent drivers who can't find addresses (that show up on a simple ****** search) then they label it "invalid address" . Spent hours over 2 days trying to contact them - they do not answer the phone and don't respond to emails or voice mails or texts. What company does that?
