      ****** Place...book your appointment someplace else. I am on blood thinners and had my blood tested there. Immediately, after the test I was told "Leave now". The proper protocol is for a patient to sit a few minutes to insure no excessive blood loss.

      When looking for patient test instructions, the only option was to please contact us so I called them since they didnt have any written instructions through their website. When I called customer support they gave me incorrect information by telling me my test didnt have any food or medication restrictions. After waiting in line at a lifelabs location, I was given a list of restrictions for food and medication restrictions and told they couldnt take the sample now. Patient test instructions should be available online instead of giving out incorrect medical information through customer support.

      Really what is the point of the time and effort to make appointments?? We take the trouble to get here on time and yet were still kept waiting. Are they just too greedy, taking too many appointments and then theyre waiting for a room to take us into

      Not able to review my result after 5 days of attempts! No response from their support! Terrible!

      They cram too many appointments in and can't keep up. Wait time is over an hour even with an appointment. Signage and Monitors info is confusing and inaccurate. Staff is stressed out.

      LifeLabs is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! My wife and I did Covid antibody tests about 11 days ago and we still have no access to the results today because we are ************* ******* ****** **** *******, despite the fact it was perfectly okay for us to do the tests. I spent hours and hours on the phone with close to 10 agents only to be transferred to another number where I had to repeat the same information over and over! Finally, they told me they could send the results by snail mail after I asked to speak to a supervisor! We are travelling tomorrow and won't be able to access the results before the trip, so there is a chance we will encounter issues. Their customer support has been absolutely, ******* useless! They knew they had the results 2 days after our tests but no one except for the last agent could even offer any real help! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

      worst appointment booking system ever ...not everyone has access to a computer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -phone connections are ALWAYS terrible - should not have to have to deal with that - *** *** ****** ***** *** **** *** **** ** *********** ** **** ** *** **** **** ******** *
