    I purchased a travel trailer brand new in 2016 from getaway, I was having sealant checked as per manufacturer recommendations, when I went to take it camping in 2019 I discovered a soft floor by bed, first I contacted the manufacturer for help on solving this issue or at least helping me with some kind of fund reimbursement, or at least work with dealership for repair, they told me it was dealership issue, dealership told me not our problem, it cost me ********, to have repair done by them, now I take it out this summer and the floor area which they repaired is soft again, got intouch with them and got told Too much time has passed for this to be considered for coverage. !!!! I will never return to getaway Rv I will NEVER recommend this place ??

    Grossly overcharged for the service of a product previously purchased and installed by Get-Away.I was charged over ******** (after a discount because I complained) dollars to replace a ****** dollar part that was originally purchased here.I was not given a quote at any time, only told it would not take long to diagnose.I was grossly overcharged the first time I had work done, but was new to the ** world and believed they were being reasonable, and were one of few that worked on do-it-yourself projects.As I was justifiably expressing outrage at the enormous bill, ***** said "You're getting my dander up!' Like I had no right to be upset over paying quadruple the price of a part to have it replaced. In my opinion, the 'experts' who installed the part in the first place, should have recognized that it was faulty much much sooner.I would advise any do it yourselfers, or anyone on a budget, to avoid this business at all costs.
