"I purchased a travel trailer brand new in 2016 from getaway, I was having sealant checked as per manufacturer recommendations, when I went to take it camping in 2019 I discovered a soft floor by bed, first I contacted the manufacturer for help on solving this issue or at least helping me with some kind of fund reimbursement, or at least work with dealership for repair, they told me it was dealership issue, dealership told me not our problem, it cost me ********, to have repair done by them, now I take it out this summer and the floor area which they repaired is soft again, got intouch with them and got told Too much time has passed for this to be considered for coverage." ...
