They were on time, very efficient and clean. Showed me how to operate the new windows and patio door. Follow-up from company was the next morning asking if I was satisfied and if everything was to my satisfaction and if I have a question or problem Im to call them immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

Window is high quality; technician are experts in doing their job.Fast and solid construction, and sturdy window, and the price is very reasonable. Am very hapoy of the value of the window. I had a great experience working with Ecoline Windows from the start - estimation, advice - to the last step - installation. They kept me updated throughout the process, worked with me on my available times and did a great job installing our 6 windows and front door. Efficient, clean and pleasant to work with. The first installation was done very fast and professionally. The team was great and communicated very well all the information regarding the window installation and functionality.Update:I had the rest of the windows changed in property by Ecoline, and the experience keeps getting better. Fantastic company. Had them replace all 11 windows and 3 doors and it was completed in 9ish hours. The only company I could find with energy star certified doors. I did have 1 issue with fitment mid winter and they had a technician out to adjust it the next day all covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a positive experience with very competitive prices.Ecoline Windows Calgary

Excellent work very impressed. The people at Ecoline Windows were very organized and professional. They were not pushy at any point during the process and very professional. I am very pleased with the installation of my bedroom windows and back door. I have recently called Ecoline again to complete additional windows which should be done this summer. I contacted Ecoline for a rear entry door quote in March 2024, as one of 4 quotes. They came in with what I felt was the fairest, as they included the painting of the door for the same as other quotes without it. **** helped us choose a door and offered a good selection of opaque glass. We were set for installation sometime in June (which was industry standard on all quotes - even though the time line shocked me). The best part, is they had the door ready a month earlier than expected. They came on time for delivery, installed it efficiently and did more than I expected by cleaning up the extended threshold that was not to be a part of the job. They cleaned up ,were polite and surpassed my expectations. The door looks beautiful.Ecoline Windows Calgary
