    Very professional service from beginning to end. The original salesman (*****) was not aggressive and did not pressure sell. he allowed me to pick what i wanted and gave me a very professional quote.The windows arrived ahead of schedule and were professionally installed in record time.The installers were very professional and were always cognizant of the cleanliness of our home. From floor matts to vacuuming, etc. The finished product looks excellant.I was especially impressed with the ***** casing they installed around the windows. Very nice.

    one of the worst experiences i have had,,the install was terrible and done by an outside contractor,,crooked windows, broken siding, left a big mess inside and out..plus short on molding for one window.. 3 windows not installed...wont return phone calls, very poor workmanship.. paid top dollar for nothing...probably have to hire someone else to install the windows properly

    Pricing was very good. Salesman was charming and took our picture with him before we even closed the deal. Windows were 4 months late. Very shoddy work from ******* factory. We are now 5 months with new windows with LOTS of deficiencies. I finance paid the **** before we even approved it and before the work was done so beware!!

    Hello, Lundi!Thank you for your feedback! Sadly, we've been affected by delays a lot for the past couple of years. So, we can only count on our clients' understanding. As for the deficiencies, we've been remedying them and some parts take time, especially weather not being in our favor. The product installed in your home functions well and the defects are only cosmetic issue. Please rest assured everything is being taken care of.
