  We had 12 windows replaced paid $14K. One window has condensation between the glass. I call and want someone to come and look at this. They can not send someone to our house. Wanting a video of me cleaning it so they can see. I have explained many times that because the window is west facing it is very difficult to do this. I did send a picture showing some of it. They still cannot send someone to look at it. We are so frustrated with this company. Before they did the windows they were wonderful after they were paid nothing. Oh they send emails re taking videos and they will order a new window but the customer service is horrible. I do not understand why they cannot send someone to look at this. Also the silicone they placed around the windows is a mess they said we need to paint it well our house is brown and if we were to paint the silicone there would be white paint on the brown house as there are gobs of silicone around the windows. We are very disappointed with this company and would never use them again we still have 11 windows to replace but not with this company. Now that I have my complaints I must say the sales person was very nice.

  Hello, ****!We deal with glass inquiries all the time and our clients are happy to send videos/picture to save everyone's time and make reorder happen faster. It's a regular part of the procedure only because in order to order a new glass under warranty we have to show evidence of the issue to the factory ( our contract states our warranty is as per the manufacturer- it's an open information). There is no problem with sending someone over. If we send someone over, they are not able to see anything if the glass does not "fog up" at the time. You cannot spot the issue now, it's ok, because this is covered for 20 years plus, we have no problem with reordering it later, when the evidence is there. As for the outside caulking. We do not perform any painting work as per the contract too. No, silicone would not stay white as we explained in the email communication with you, it's a paintable caulking and we focused on a good seal. If it's a bit wider, customers paint it over and it's not white any more. We have addressed all your concerns and responded in timely manner, sorry to hear you did not like our service. As for the glass, please monitor it for when you can spot the "fog" again. Thank you!

  We just had 14 windows replaced by the ****** location. We chose the triple pane. Great quality windows - we noticed a significant improvement in the temperature of home right away. From the consultation process with **** to the installation with **** and his team, everything went smoothly, professionally and responsive to our needs. Our home looks great, and they clearly took extra care during the installation process to make sure everything was in order. Great work from a great team!! Highly recommend!!

  The Windows are of excellent quality and the Insallers ************************************* did a fabulous job on the install. They were very professional, proficient, expericenced with attention to detail, great job! The clean-up was awesome as well. Thank you for a great prduct and install!

  I don't even want to give this company 0 star I am so disappointed with the service I have received unprofessional. after spending almost 12k for new triple pane windows around the house in February 2021 I am using portable heater to keep the bedroom warm it is way colder than it was before replacing the old windows i can hear the traffic noise with no differencesbetweenthe old windows and the new windows. Not to mention the leaking from my kids bedroom to my kitchen ceiling I called send email with pictures and videos someone came out and he said to me its from the roof I know wasn't the roof because I have called roofing company to come out to inspect my roof even though my roof was replaced in 2019 I told him who ever was my house not the roof and he said must be the siding I end up opening the siding Just to prove that the issue is the window nothing to do with the roof nor the siding I have all the pictures when they removed the siding no water damage whatsoever. Now every time rains i have to put towels so i don't get more water to my kitchen ceiling. my kids bedroom baseboard is also damage i am always worried when it rains and not home.My understanding was since I am under warranty it should be replaced but not this people send someone to put silicone they think will solve the problem. When I asked the warranty documents they sent me like some kind of cut off information not even document just picture. I can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am.it is with this kind of unprofessional I am stuck with drafty and leaky windows and stained kitchen ceiling. The worst experience ever and I regret that I didn't do my research before.

However, each time we did not see evidence to suggest something was wrong on our end. When situation like this happens, we are confident enough to advise to hire a home inspector to reveal the real issue and help the home owner out.

  if i could give 0!I choosed triple pane cardinal coated LowE272 glasses for the 16 windows in 2020. with higher price than other company quote. After installed,there was always cracked sound from windows. I emailed,called,at beginning they said cuz covid shipping slow changed windows need more longer than before. I waited and waited in patience till 2011. They only came twice and took casing down and said lets see if still sound out. Doesnot work and they finally changed 2 new windows in my bedroom. That is the beginning of my nightmare!Sound more loudly and frequently than before. Especially early morning and midnight. I cannot sleep very well and stating anxiety then I had to move to basement cuz we did changed basement window. I emailed them again and they said our house have a big sunside and this is the way how this kind window working. I am soooo tired about those windows and super exhausted. Then I decided ok!just changed regular glasses as long as they are quiet in spring2022. Untill now i have got any email?call,message about that. I was wondering is that true this is the way this kind window working always with cracked sound ?Does anybody have the same situation? or does any specialist said if your house have sunnyside do not choose this kind glasses? Do all customers installation cycles more than half or one year?!even regully glasses?actually, there were more problem during our whole case!I seriously doubt their ability to identify and solve problems. If someone really want to choose this company ,you batter pray your house is perfect fit for their windows and no any iusse happen.

This has been not a typical situation and we never left you to deal with it on your own. On a good note, the factory confirmed your glass units are in the shipping process right now.

  This company **** about the products that they promise. They guaranteed 100 per cent sound proof windows while traffic noises we hear is even more than before we replace our 32 years windows. Its ********** business. I paid $14,000 for nothing. They even dont bother to answer my emails. Shame on them.
