      I wish a zero star was possible. Ordered a dozen + 2 (extra fee) Gerbera Daisies, plus vase, card and chocolates. What was delivered was 5 half dead Gerbera daisies, no greenery/filler, tiny vase, no card, no chocolates. Delivery called on delivery but instead of coming in to the apartment building, it was left outside of the apartment building on the walkway. Bloomex was called right away and they said they fulfilled the order - no re-delivery, no refund, but a $10 credit for Bloomex. Even after I sent them a pic from their website of what the order was to be, vs what was recieved and they offered $20 Bloomex credit. As though I would ever use them again?$100 for 5 half dead Gerbera Daisies. The very worst customer service.

      I purchased flowers for my friend for her retirement. They were to be delivered to the school two days before she was supposed to leave. The flowers were not delivered to the school on time. My friend retired before receiving any of the flowers. The following week, she got a call from the school to say they were flowers there for her. She had to travel over half an hour to receive them. When she received the flowers, they were already six days old. They did not issue new flowers. So she did not receive them on time. They were wilted again she got them. And they delivered them to the wrong address. Is there anything else that could go wrong with a company. They ask for extra money for delivery within 24 hours. They ask for extra money to put them in some sort of a container. They asked for extra money to put a card with them. I paid all of that. This was important to me that she receive them. I am frankly embarrassed at what she received. Bloomex is a terrible company to deal with and I wouldnt advise anybody to try and buy anything off them. Youre better off going into a florist and buying from them.

      First, I'd like to say, the previous dealing I have had with this company were fine, but the latest makes me not want to deal with them again. I placed an order for flowers for a close personal friend whose mother had recently passed away, as she resides in a different province, I elected to send her flowers as I would not be able to attend any gatherings in person. There was a bit of back and forth regarding delivery etc, I accept some responsibility for this, but not for how I was treated. The customer service rep was very short with her responses, not overly helpful and generally rude. However, I got the flowers ordered. A lovely bouquet was delivered (smaller than I anticipated) along with a small box of chocolates. The recipient was very grateful for the thought. The bouquet was delivered on a Tuesday. TWO DAYS LATER, I received a picture from the recipient, the flowers were dead.....2 days!!!! The recipient felt terrible letting me know, but felt thought I should at least reach out to the company for some resolution, or to let them know. I was mortified! I reached out to Bloomex Customer Service, sent a detailed email, providing dates, order numbers and pictures. I asked what could be done, assuming (incorrectly) that they may send another bouquet or something. I sent the email on April 27th, and a follow up email on May 25. To date, still no reply. I will not be using this company again, and will not recommend them to anyone I speak with. I'm not a person who normally complains about things, but when dealing with the death of a loved one, a company should have a little more compassion and consideration. I have to give at least one start for this rating, but in my heart its a zero.

      0 stars! I live in ******* and for Mother’s Day this year, I ordered 70 orchid stems for my mother who lives in ******* and recently moved into a long term facility due to stroke. I chose this flower because they are her favorite and because of their long life. Mom is diabetic, so I opted NOT for chocolates, but for a vase and card, which the promotion offered. (please see purchase confirmation below). Bloomex delivered to my Mom -9 roses and a box of chocolates. Due to cognitive impairment from her stroke, she sat and ate ALL the chocolates in one sitting and as a result nearly went into a diabetic coma. Four days later the roses were dead. When I called to express my disappointment, I was met, not with apologies, but with aggression from the young lady who curtly told me that your company reserves the right to substitute flowers, according to your policy and that if I had read the promotion I would have seen that chocolates accompanied every order. When I asked to speak with a manager I was abruptly told there was none, then she said something that I didn’t understand and promptly hung up. I called back. The second person I spoke to at least apologized for my experience and explained that there was no manager on site and that someone would get back to me. I expected a phone call but instead was sent an email offering me a discount on my next order—which will likely never happen based on my experience. I understand that Mother’s Day is extremely busy for your company and that mistakes happen. I also understand your company’s policy about REASONABLE substitution,(which roses for orchids is not) but that notwithstanding, I also understand that when you make an error, you make reparations. At the very least I expected an offer to make things right. I held my end of the transaction and paid $102.79. I expect at least what I have received from other florists who messed up my order—an apology and either an offer of a refund or sending what was ordered.

      Very beautiful and they last forever! I received some myself and then ordered my mom some. I will be using them again, very soon! Recommend for sure!
