      Do not order from this company. Not worth the frustration. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. Spoke with someone yesterday and was told they would be delivered later in the day today. I upsized the size if the floral arrangement and also ordered a crystal vase. Flowers arrived this morning, no vase and not a large arrangement. I have called the company six times now. Spoke with Tammy twice now. She was hard to understand but what she told me is unsettling. She said that the company doesn't put flowers in a vase. They are sent separately. Wanted to credit my account. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was told no. I called back spoke with Archilbald. I asked him if I order flowers with a vase do you send them thus way. He said flowers are put in a vase and packaged in a box. Tammy lied to twice to me and wouldn't contact a manager. I can't express how upset I am with Bloomex. I was told a few times that someone would get back to me today. It has been over five hours. My daughter is a nurse who work at least a 12 hour shift. These flowers can't go without water.

      I ordered Sentiments of Serenity Spray, paid around $160 with delivery to ***********, *******. The arrangement of flowers they sent looked nothing like what I ordered. There were not so many flowers and they were not fresh. Also, there should be a white ribbon in the middle but they didn't include it.I will never use this company again and warn all my friends.** ** ******* ** *** * **** ***

      Bloomex is horrible! Ordered premium flowers and bottle champagne. Vase for flowers showed up broken. Cheap white wine showed up broken. Called bloomex and told to send pictures. I did and no response! Will never use again

      I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on a Friday, and the status for Friday actually said the flowers were delivered. But when I never heard anything from the recipient, I called Bloomex and they said it was in route. Then they said it was delivered. Then they said it was to be delivered on Monday. I told him I didn’t want dead flowers delivered on Monday so supposedly they cancelled that order and re-issued another order to be delivered on Tuesday because ““ they don’t deliver to this area. This would’ve been great to know beforehand. Monday the original order which is now dead, shows up at the recipients house, and I was very embarrassed. When Tuesday came around it said delivered again however, there was a note that I had to go pick them up 20 minutes away, and that they no longer deliver to this area. I live in Florida and recipient lives in ****** Canada, so it might be a little difficult for me to go pick them up. And the recipient does not have a vehicle to go pick up the flowers. . I called CustomerService and got nowhere. I manager was supposed to call me back or email me which never happened so basically two orders of flowers both dead never arrive to the recipient and I never received a refund of any sort. This company sucks.

      Absolutely beautiful flowers and so many different arrangements. Have nothing but good things to say about this company and i will definitely be using them again for all my floral needs. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed! Great customer services and prices too.

      Poor flowers, terrible service!I ordered flowers back in May (********)for mother's day. They arrived very droopy and wilted. Bloomex responded by providing a credit minus taxes and delivery fee. (approx $20 lost). Over 2 weeks ago, I ordered 5 small arrangements for my mom's 80th birthday celebration today. (******) Delivery was slated for yesterday. No delivery. When I called customer service late yesterday they tell me that the flowers were delivered! I had asked for the recipient to be called or texted at delivery to ensure they were handed off and kept in good shape for today, not left in the building foyer. Bloomex tells me they were left outside the front door of the building! No call, no text, and the heat was over 30 degrees. So even if they got delivered (they didn't) what kind of delivery service would leave them OUTSIDE!! And should it not be standard practice for the delivery service to take a photo confirmation of delivery! (they didn't) So here I am, no flowers, out over $100 and no resolution from Bloomex. I will be requesting a full refund, not a credit and including delivery and taxes!

      First time I have used Bloomex .I ordered flowers for a dear friend who lost her daughter .I ordered the flowers on a Monday .Wednesday Bloomex called to say they where not shipped but they will add a box of chocolates to compensate for the delay .They arrived in the city by currier at closing time on Friday.The currier stated however it was out of their jurisdiction. There was an email sent to me (two provinces away ) that they can be picked up at their warehouse I had to phone my friend .My friend goes down there to find out they are now closed for the entire weekend .I’m not sure why they didn’t deliver because I had paid for delivery and my friend informed me that company is always in her complex .Monday comes and she goes to get her flowers (that are 5 days old) which are now wilted so she refuses them .This is the day before her daughter’s funeral.I phone Bloomex and they want to know why she never picked them up on Friday so after I explain they didn’t get there until closing and They tell me they will not do anything until they see a photo of the flowers . I’m sorry to say the bereaved mother forgot to take a photo not knowing she had to . I will never use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone . A flower company is supposed to be there to uplift people in their time of need .Bloomex and their selected currier has failed to do so ****** *
