      This company has horrible reviews for a reason. I ordered on line on October 31, for a Nov 1 delivery. I received a confirmation email and my **** was charged. The arrangement never arrived on Nov 1. I contacted the ****** office and was advised, they werent able to deliver to that area, but they could deliver on Nov 3 and would upgrade the arrangement. I advised them Nov 3 was too late as her bday was Nov 1. I asked to have the order cancelled and my money refunded. I was advised I would have to wait for management to complete an investigation. Who are they kidding management. I challenged this as the rep confirmed they knew it wasnt delivered and they were still working on finding another florist to complete the order. I asked to speak to management and was told I had to wait for a call back from them. I called today, Nov 6 and again they confirmed my order was not completed but will not refund me. I have to wait for management to contact me. Im not waiting any longer as this is a very straightforward issue. Not only will I never use them again, but I will be posting as many reviews as possible on social media in addition to telling everyone of my bank clients, friends and family how horrible this company is.

      I ordered birthday flowers and bottle of wine and truffles for my sisters 50th birthday on Nov 2nd 2023, they were to be delivered on Nov 4th day of her birthday in ********* **, they took my money and there was already a 15$ fee for delivery. They messaged me at 5 pm on Nov 4(day of) that the address was out of their scope of delivery and I would have to pay an additional 15$ in order to make it to her house that day. I tried calling back to no avail and was told they would deliver it on Nov 7. Im not happy as they could have told me a lot earlier so I could have the choice if I wanted to cancel and go with another company Unfortunately when I put florists in ********* this was the first company that popped up, I trusted that everything would be taken care of ******* they took my 90$ and just said sorry that they will deliver on Tuesday Nov 7

      I have used Bloomex on multiple occasions previously and had always had great experiences however not this time. I will never again use them due to my most recent experience. I ordered mini Calla Lilies for a person but they received Roses instead. I could accept that but not the fact that they received obviously old flowers! WHAT THE ******** So why does your ads say Fresh Flowers if they arent? So I contacted customer service via email and provided the requested picture showing the flowers. What response do I receive back? That they are sorry I am disappointed with my experience and offer me a $20.00 in house credit and as if I am going to use them again. This is an insult. Then your customer service rep has the nerve to basically call me a liar by saying that the picture of the flowers is insufficient evidence that the flowers are old. If you zoom in on the picture you can clearly see these are not fresh flowers and that some of the petals are falling off. I really feel cheated out of a good quality product and given something substandard. It appears to me that this is a normal practice for your company to take a customers hard earned money and then give them a substandard product and not refunding money or even offering to replace the old flowers. This is totally unacceptable. Not to mention that you arent actually given a customer service representatives name signed at the end of the email. I realize the cost of things have gone up but to basically rip customers off is not a way of doing good business. Bloomex may be advertised as Canadas number one flower service but with this kind of recent experience I would say NOT. In future I will take my business elsewhere. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT USE FRESH PRODUCTS.

      I am writing this email to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding my recent flower delivery order $128.72. The order was a Special package of 12 Roses, Vase, Wine bottle, Teddy bear, Card and Chocolate on the phone. Incorrect Flower package was sent, consisting of a small bowl vase, 7 roses and teddy bear. I am cancer patient, and on the 22 Sep 2023 I ordered flower for my family member for thinking of them. I called the company and left messages to them, a mistake was made. I sent an email VIP area and Bloomex including the picture what I ordered and what I received. I sent in all 7 emails, one hour Chat on the site, 7 hours of telephone conversation and nothing has been resolved 8 days have passed. I have all the proof. At first Bloomex acknowledge the mistake and stated on the phone that they will credit me the amount. But then they said to me on the phone we will only refund you 30$ now 50$ documented instead of 128.72 $ because their supervisors John or Abbu (??) do not see that I should be refunded for their mistake. The investigation, I was not provide what I purchased. None of their management or staff reached to me to discuss my case other than sending email stating Investigate or Update. I reached out today for their Supervisor to call me John and Abbu on 28-Sep-23 because they promised to call me today and nothing. A good business is built on integrity and trust. I have all the communications, letters, pictures and conversation. Bloomex foundation is mistrust and taking away folks money from hard working citizen without providing the service while they keep Marketing false packages and misleading in purchasing non existing items in my case. I am appalled by the incompetence & negligence displayed Bloomex. I have been lied to, ignored, and just been robbed of my money purchase by Bloomex to all readers. I am still waiting for my Refund. Looking into Legal aspects and Newspaper.
