Even after confirming that a redo was necessary, it took months to schedule, with repeatedly missed appointments causing disruptions to my work, travel plans, and pet care each time. The replacement itself was poorly executedthe wall was warped, and the shower door wouldnt close properly. After months of unreturned calls, and more missed appointments, a team finally replaced the wall, but issues persisted. Another inspection confirmed the wall required replacement again, and I had to follow up after two weeks of silence. There were three additional no shows for confirmed appointments after this, which has led to radio silence from the Reborn team. After a year of delays, unresponsiveness, and poor workmanship, I am seeking rectification for the unfinished project, disruption, costs, and inconvenience caused. But after weeks of no tangible progress, I no longer believe they intend to correct the work or honor the refund offer.Ive remained patient and cooperative throughout, but I feel this company has taken advantage of my trust. Costco has attempted to reach the member to discuss the issues with cancelled orders. The determination is for a breech of the reseller agreement, but an exception is being made to reinstate online shopping privileges. Costco Travel Failed to Submit Confirmed Airline Seats Now Refusing to Compensate On May 11, 2025, I booked a Hawaii travel package through Costco Travel (Booking #: C464102323). During a recorded phone call, the agent confirmed my airline seat selections:Outbound (UA1721): 19L, 19K, 19J Return (UA1722): 25A, 25B, 25C I accepted these seats, and there was no mention of additional charges. These selections were clearly confirmed by the agent.However, Costco Travel failed to submit the seat requests to ***************. As a result, I was later assigned scattered and undesirable seats (e.g., 46D, 47F, 35E). This was not due to the airline reassigning it was a failure on Costco Travel's part.After I raised the issue, a Costco Travel supervisor confirmed that:The agent did select and confirm the seats The selections were not submitted Management refuses to reimburse me or fix the mistake With a minor in my family, I am now expected to pay $1140+ to reselect the same seats for my family, including a minor.This is not acceptable. I request either:Restoration of the original seat assignments (or equivalent), or Reimbursement of the seat selection fees I am now forced to pay I have a full recording of the booking call as evidence and am willing to share it if needed.Desired Resolution:Reimbursement of seat selection fees (approx. $1140), or assignment of equivalent grouped seats at no extra cost.Business Response

The supervisor contacted the member to assist with his seat assignments. In his email, the member emphasized the importance of ensuring his family is seated together on both flights. After working with Mr. *** he agreed to seat assignments. The supervisor informed him that he would need to purchase the seats on his end and could then email a receipt. Once the purchase is complete and receipt received his booking would be updated and a refund processed. Mr. ** agreed to this arrangement. Thank you.
