      I just won a mini jeep from the local store. But, I have to give my credit card # in order to claim it . just another scam to rob people on the internet. Or, TSC is just being another *** company that uses the promotion to gain my address in order to "advertise" me out to other companies. I've never had any trouble or complaints about them before, but now, I'll never set foot inside there again. Lawton, OK store. Really Disappointing.

      Several emails and calls have been made about the business card and store system not recognizing the card. Calls have been placed to the main CS number regarding store #2982 where I go in and can never use my card. A call was made to HQ in TN, ************** and I learned that business cards have issues being used and something manual needs to be done internally at Tractor Supply. The manager of the store was called and a request for action made. The young lady said it should take 48 hours. Well! Go into another TSC near me a few days later and card fails. Go in today and it fails again. I've tried ********, they say it's TSC issue. You all say it's an IT internal issue or ******** issue. All fingerpointing NO RESOLUTION.
      No support. No resolution. All excuses and fingerpointing is badly done business.

      Several complaints regarding an ongoing issue have been submitted and last one was submitted 4/30. Professional courtesy is no more than 72 hours to respond or acknowledge an email. Just what type of service is the goal of TSC because it cannot possibly be above average or acceptable! Below expectations is what Tractor Supply service is and as a customer that speaks volumes. Will TSC and ******** EVER get the issue I am having with my business card resolved or resolutions? I doubt it. They cannot even respond or stop pointing fingers at who is responsible for fixing the issue. Both of them should be willing to resolve things because both their names and company's are on the business card.

      Don't trust the happy lady at the checkout register!
      Visiting our new TSC in Georgetown, OH for the first time, we made a $59 purchase. The nice lady at the register told us if we opened a new TSC credit card account, we'd receive $50!
      Sounded like a good deal, so we signed up but quickly found out the $50 would not be available for a week or so because the application had to be processed.
      After receiving our new TSC Credit Card in the mail, we returned to the store to make additional purchases, but were told that we're not eligible for the $50 because lots of other requirements were in the fine print.
      We were ambivalent about shopping at TSC's new store, knowing that they are going to run our local 'mom & pop' suppliers out of business, but their prices are still at introductory levels.
      Not such a great deal, though. Mom & pop wouldn't have pulled this 'fine print' stuff on us.

      I ordered a package of honey bees from TSC. I was assured by 2 people that they would not ship until the week of May 5th due to my location. Since I am located quite north, May is usually safe for a new package of bees. However, I received them yesterday, April 15th. This is 3+ weeks earlier than the date they assured me. Tonight our temps are dipping below freezing again and we have almost nothing blooming for them to bring in pollen. I am feeding them but these temps are making me a nervous wreck! I have called both them and the bee dealer they work with and both have told me that if they don't survive due to the cold, there is nothing they can do. It is their fault that these bees were shipped 3 weeks early and they are telling me there is nothing I can do if they all die due to the cold temps. I am filing this complaint because if the bee's don't survive, I want them to fix it since it was their mess up. Either another package of bees or a refund.

      This is for their website, Because I love their store, but their website is horrid. I want to look up products to possibly buy from them but sometimes it takes 10 minutes to load a page.

      I ordered an electric wheelbarrow and had it delivered to the store. Problem number one : wrong product was sent. (2) problems getting product returned had to call repeated to headquarters to ge the problem resolved. (3) when order arrived it wasn’t ready was asked to come back the next day. (4) I complained to headquarters who said they would give me 50.00 and have it put together for free. (5) when I arrived the next day I was told wheelbarrow was not put together properly please come back again.(6) I was called to come pick up when I finally got my product it again was not properly but together. Instead of taking it back again I will have to have someone come to put it together properly. I’m a single widow and can’t keep finding someone to help me. Now I wait to have someone else to come to put it together properly so I can use it. This was a nightmare. I will NEVER purchase any large item from this company again.

      When you buy something online, there’s an option in the checkout to apply for a Tractor Supply card. Well I applied for the card to purchase a Mower on the last day of a promotion. The promotion was 0% financing for 48 months. Because this was an option in the checkout, I assumed I would be able to complete the purchase that day and take advantage of the promotion unfortunately, when I spoke with Wesley, who is very rude customer solutions he informed me that I needed the physical card in hand to complete the purchase. I expressed that it’s misleading then to let that be a checkout option when in fact, you can’t use it and now I’m stuck with a Tractor Supply card and no promotion and no Mower. Thankfully other places offer just as good promotion so I will not be shopping with Tractor Supply again.

      I was racially profiled me at the Tractor supply store in Salisbury North Carolina. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life bc they wrongly accused me of stealing. Defamation of character is what it’s called. Y’all slander me in front of everybody but stay tuned.

      They are price gouging 13.49 for the same exact feed at another tractor supply for 8.69 sign says Price match guarantee but want because it is more than 20 miles. Then take the sign down ! Why are they charging that much more for the exact same product on a lot of the same brand feed ? I call it price gouging!!!want be back

      If I could go navigate stars I would. Buoght ramp for trailer to load mower. They are rated 1500 lbs. Mower is 1100lbs. Made a special trip to buy them. They bent and not only was the asset manager rude they would not return or warranty then. Farida is the asset manager that was rude. I personally will never shop at tractor supply again they do not stand behind product they sales
