      My Aunt bought a gift card for my son and when I went to use it there was no value on the card. Between phone calls to customer service and going right to store which was not close by it was not resolved. **************** says card not activated but store said it doesnt match receipt. Corporate Dicks said I need to ask the store to pull cameras. I said I think maybe where gift cards are at the register since it was busy at holiday time maybe another card was authorized. There has been no resolution and my Aunt has lost out on $75. Nothing has been offered to assist the situation. The phone customer service line cant do anything and neither can corporate it sounds like. The actual store a manager and someone he checked with couldnt do anything

      Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers online. Took a month for it to even arrive in the **** I got a notification that the product had been delivered even though it hadnt. I contacted the customer service via email. Was told to check with my neighbors to see if it had been delivered there by mistake. My neighbors are all family and none had received my package. I reached out once again to the customer service email. No response. Ive now sent 3 emails with no response. Im out $60.

      This was at the ***************** day in *************. My black husband and I came in to get one, possibly two halo tens units. Both times, we were followed. The check out people are either incompetent or were trying to stall us even though we paid. Both times, they made comments that theyre buying ******* surprised racism is accepted there.

      Absolutely disgraceful experience with Dicks Sporting Goods! I placed an order on March 29, 2025, and over a month later, my product still hasnt arrived. Their so-called customer service is a complete jokewhen I reached out, the *** had the nerve to just offer a refund without even addressing why my order was lost in limbo. I didnt ask for my money back; I wanted the product I paid for! No apologies, no solutions, just pure disrespect and incompetence. This company clearly doesnt care about its customers. Avoid shopping here unless you want to waste your time and money on a business that cant deliverliterally!

      BEWARE IF DISABLED Recently took my mom in her wheelchair to get a pair of Skechers for her feet? The first **** employee took our info, went behind a partition and exited the other side and waited on someone else? We flagged down another employee, male, same thing. Took our info, went behind partition and exited opposite side and waited on another customer. Neither employee were wearing there name tag, only a work shirt, unable to identify? So, I wheeled my mother out in frustration and disappointment. Is Dicks Sporting Goods discriminating against taking care of customers in wheelchairs? I challenge their management to review the camera footage of our encounter and horrible experience. I can only speak from our recent experience.

      I ordered a ping driver demo and was sent the wrong club. It took 4 contacts for anyone to attempt to resolve the issue. At one point dealing with ****** I was told take it to a store and hopefully they accept the club back. Nearly 2 hours of my time and the amount of frustration is caused is enough that I do not see myself making a purchase here again while there are other retailers I can use.

      ******. Dicks does not stand by the products they sell. I paid $181 for a pair of Hoka shoes that are less than a year old and already falling apart. Dicks says "I'm sorry, but that's past our 90 days return policy." I will not spend another cent at Dicks because they don't care if you're satisfied with your purchase or not. I recommend you not purchase anything from Dicks unless your willing to eat the cost if it falls apart on you.

      It was 8:55pm with the store closing and customers running in and out trying to complete last minute shopping. As customers walked outside, multiple shoppers were carrying their bought items as they walk by **** and ***. *** is the store manager and as I walked by she stopped me and asked if she can see my receipt. I was taken back as multiple other customers walked by me carrying their items from the store without being checked. I asked her why was I the only one that was single out in this check? She only answered that if I didnt let her see the receipt she would call the police. I asked her to because this was ridiculous and obviously a discriminating situation. I am of a Chinese ethnic background and was the only one stopped, she couldnt give me a real answer and as I stood there and waited for the police to arrive, she stated that she would just check the system inside instead. I then asked to speak to a supervisor to which she told me there was no one above her. Thanks dicks, literally,

      I ordered a set of ******** boards as a gift. When the boards arrived, the box was severely damaged to the extent that the boards inside were damaged. The wood was chipped away and the paint taken off. I have spent around two hours now across several days chatting with their customer service. They will only offer a $5 coupon on a future purchase which after a lot of back and forth has lead to an increase of $30 coupon on a future purchase. It has been very unsettling that they will not help correct this purchase. My only options given are to drive it to a physical Dick's store or ****** There is no effort to assist me in correcting this ****** pickup or a deep discount to keep the damaged product). I was even told by customer service they hoped I figured out a way to resolve my issue (without their assistance). I have never experienced a company not willing to help their customer on a product purchased. It is not my issue that it was damaged in shipping. Dick's should be working with ***** on resolving that...not leaving to me to figure out. I will never purchase again from Dick's and will do everything I can to help others know their process if an issue arises.
